Radiator thermostat didn't seem to work. Whatever setting we had it on made no difference. It was roasting!

Location was good. Bed was comfy. To have a balcony was a nice touch.

Tiles in the shower were grubby. Wasn't clear about the parking as to how long we could leave the car in the car park on the day of departure.

Location at first looked a bit out but actually was good for both centre and railway station; centre was very easy to get to. Was clean and we made ourselves comfortable. Thanks

Fridge in room is definitely needed, has property doesn’t provide breakfast option room is a tad small.

Don't really expect to pay £10 for onsite parking

Clean, cosy, easy to find and great communication regarding the access codes and keys. Easy stroll to the races and city centre

No breakfast for all that money.

Bed was clean, room was clean, no distance, but you have to come out of your room to access bathroom and toilet and you serve no breakfast for all that money.

The key situation was awkward. I was sharing a twin room with my brother and we came back at different times. The main door was a keypad which was great, the bedroom door was a key lock but with a keybox by the door which again in theory is very useful - however the door is not self locking so when I came back early, I either had to leave the door unlocked so my brother could get in, or lock the door and hope I would wake up when he knocked. There was no way to leave the key in the keybox outside AND lock the door from the inside.

Easy check in - great communication with the staff, everything was done before arrival and i was given all the information. Keys were in keylock so i parked and just went straight to my room. Everything was ready for me. Very easy and streamlined process. Didn't interact with a single person from parking up to leaving, everything was dealt with prior to arrival.

Lovely clean room with 2 single beds. Was exactly what we needed and had a lovely little tv and a handy sink which saved us from walking downstairs to the shared bathroom. The tea and coffee set was a lovely touch too!

Dated in appearance but for the price I didn't expect the Ritz

Did exactly what it said on the tin. Communication good. Very clean. Slightly noisy (we were on the road side of the house)

The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The shared bathroom was also very clean. There was safe storage for the bicycles which is always a plus. Very convenient for access to Hereford centre. Large car park at the rear. It is a really good place.

Only enough milk to make two drinks. I had a phone call before my stay explaining that there would be nobody at Reception. Entry is gained through a series of passcodes. This had not been clear when I booked the room. I felt a little vulnerable as a lone female traveller. But it was a quiet area and all was well.

Clean. Decent size rooms. Hot drink making facilities with decaf options. The first room I went to didn’t have a bath which I thought I had requested, but after a phone call to the landlady, it was friendly and , it was swiftly sorted.

The duvet could have been bigger as there was no over-hang. The one flight of stairs to the rooms was very steep with narrow steps.

Room very clean and spacious. Plenty of pillows, toiletries and refreshments. Hotel secretary was very helpful and said if our room wasn't ready on arrival we could still leave our luggage there.
