You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomThe TV was small and the remote didn't work when I first got in the room also the reception was poor on a number of channels. The hot water in the shower only just lasted long enough, it was going cold when I got out, I was alone so that was okay, if there had been two of us it would have been a problem.
The hotel was clean, the bed was comfortable, it was quiet and the member of staff that I met was friendly and helpful.

United KingdomThere was no 24 hour parking anywhere near the hotel so we had to move our car twice a day. The bathroom was so small the door didn't fully open. Bed was uncomfortable and with the curtains open the room felt overlooked by neighbours.
It was a nice quiet street and close to the subway, and other nearby facilities. The room was very clean and the shower powerful.

The lady on reception was lovely, as was the young man servicing the rooms. Homely and safe atmosphere...very nice for a single traveller. Old school set up with real keys and personal service, but modern. The single bedroom on the top floor was lovely and comfortable with lots of towels, a good hospitality tray, full length mirror, great shower, tv with loads of channels. An extra heater was provided but not needed and I had to turn off both radiators as it was very warm already . Great location in Glasgow for West End and transport options. Got to check in early. Great value.
