The walls were very thin so we could hear next doors voices when we were trying to settle down to sleep. Admittedly it was quite early but we'd had a long and tiring day

It took me 15 minutes to check in. Pressing the M1 or M2 buttons as indicated, but no one answered?? TV didn't work and no wardrobe to hang your clothes. It's meant to be a dog friendly place, but no dog watering bowls around at all. Lovely people, which I think were cleaners but spoke no English.

Location and its great pets are welcome.

The net curtains were grey with dust on the top. Tidy room. Perfect for a contractor that wants a cheap room. But hard to get ready as a couple in a small room. Also, our double bed was 2 single ls pushed together. But good for the price. £6 added cost for parking on arrival.

Property is very dated and needs a revamp noise from road really bad which made for a poor sleep! One. Of the rooms we found an old mouldy plate under the bed when checking nothing was left behind on our departure

TV remote control did not work and shower curtain needed black mould marks being removed from the bottom of the curtain.

Nice room, big bed with use of a sofa bed if I needed extra beds for my guests. Ample parking, quiet location.

Adjusting the temperature on the shower/bath was a bit of a nightmare. It got a little annoying always having to call the staff as there was rarely anyone at the reception.

Comfortable bed and a warm room. Enjoyed that there was freeview on TV.

On arrival, required to use intercom to book in, not very clear to use, the door was difficult to access as the buttons were close to the door frame, an owner arrived later, no cooked meals during weekends which we didn't know until we got there, so we relied on our own food we had with us, the on suite cramped, the room not very comfortable.

Television didn't work , broken toilet roll holder , not enough milk for evening and morning very tight to get in and out of the shower

the fact that I had to ask twice to have the rooms I had booked and not settle for the ones they gave me, still didn’t get the beds I booked. didn’t like the codes for the doors would have preferred a key.. noise level of people at 12.30 at night, obviously a reason why they supply ear plugs! stool supplied for reaching hangers in the wardrobe 😳

Couldn't contact receptionist on arrival, for almost 20 mins, before the warden eventually got us our room. We had just driven for 3hours and just needed to rest.

Could hear people talking in other rooms and doors banging but both these are the guests not the property, check in was quite bizarre in that no one was at reception and I had to use a phone to talk to someone to access my room , I'd clicked on pay at property so thought they would take payment then but instead waited till the day after when I was going to head into town when someone came running out after me asking why I'd not paid ? Luckily no one was around as it made me feel extremely embarrassed, the room however was nice , free WiFi but had to log on to it literally every time I picked my phone up so even if I'd put my phone down to go to the toilet for instance when I picked my phone up again I would need to log on again .

Bed was comfortable , close to bus stops so easy to get places .

There was a beeping sound that went on intermittently all day and night, I slept through it but if you are a light sleeper, I'd recommend ear plugs.

It was a good location near my partner's family home. My room was on the ground floor and very spacious for an English hotel room. I felt safe as a solo traveler. The fish and chips just down the street is wonderful.
