Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

HungaryThe hotel can be considered a bit pricey, which may influence the decision of travelers seeking both quality and value. While the facilities and services provided are undoubtedly top-tier, the cost aspect could be a point of consideration for some.
The hotel emerges as a standout choice for accommodation in London, thanks to several key strengths. Its location is unbeatable for travelers eager to explore the city, nestled conveniently close to numerous attractions, dining establishments, and transport options. This prime positioning significantly eases the burden of navigating London's bustling environment. Cleanliness is another highlight of the hotel, with both the rooms and public areas kept in pristine condition. This commitment to hygiene and comfort is sure to be appreciated by guests. Moreover, the hotel boasts excellent water pressure in the showers, adding a touch of luxury to the daily routine and providing a much-needed refreshment after a day of exploration. The breakfast offering at the Andaz London Liverpool Street deserves special mention. With a diverse array of options that cater to various dietary preferences, guests can enjoy a splendid start to their day. The quality and variety of the breakfast spread are impressive, featuring everything from traditional English fare to lighter continental selections. An exceptional aspect of the hotel's service is epitomised by Emily at the front desk. Her outstanding customer service not only highlights the hotel's dedication to guest satisfaction, but also adds a personal touch to the stay.

GermanyThe view from the room is (unsurprisingly) not great but that is the price you have to pay for this great location. Would have been great to have a smart TV to which you can connect your Netflix account but this is obviously nothing important, after all I am not going on (business) trips to watch TV.
Everything except for the view. Loved the furnishings/decorations of the room and staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

United States of AmericaI felt like you had to walk in circles to get to the lifts and some of the doors were locked, so I followed the signs, but then had to backtrack.
The location was very close to my office and the Underground. The location felt very safe and there were many options for meals.

United KingdomOur heating was faulty but they quickly sent someone to help
The room was spacious with plenty of amenities. From fluffy towels to comfy dressing gowns, an cute analogue clock by the bed to a well stocked tea making tray, the hyatt team had thought of everything. There was a note from manager in our room - handwritten - with a bottle of bubbly. Totally unexpected and a lovely touch. The front of house team are very attentive and well trained.

United KingdomNothing I didn't like.
Everything, staff exceptional, friendly and helpful on every level, food superb in both restaurants. A little pricey but you get what you pay for and London is not cheap anyway.. I couldn't get my card to work on check, but only because I was stupidly entering the wrong pin number. Fleur was so helpful and suggested entering the card details manually on her screen which worked. She could tell I was stressed and later sent up a complimentary beer. The only time I have experienced similar service was in a 5 star hotel in Hong Kong!!

Slovakiato be honest, to pay almost 150 GBP for breakfast for 4 persons, 2 adults and 2 children, when children eat as usually almost nothing, max yogurt and heated bread, it is a bit overpaid. comparing to the costs of dinner for 8 persons at your Japanese restaurant (app. 300), it looks too much for breakfast. The rest was perfect
