Shower was flimsy but did the job. No remote for tv

Very cheap for the area, staff were very friendly and welcoming! I was very skeptical because of the reviews I thought I’d made a mistake but was very surprised. I mean it wasn’t luxury but it was very good for a basic hotel. Room was huge, bed was comfy and clean. Would return.

The room was quite small but it was comfortable and clean They didn’t provide breakfast as advertised on booking. Com which was very inconvenient and disappointing . Also there are no coffee tea making facilities in the room . , which maybe should be available as breakfast is Not provided .

It wasn’t like the pictures, walls were dirty and it didn’t smell well. Beds weren’t comfy and we found few hairs when we arrived.

We liked the location and young men at reception was nice.

There wasn't any heating, the radiator didn't work and in December, this made the room cold when we returned to the room on the evening. When we arrived the window was open which didn't help.

The room was clean and the bed was a decent size. Decent sized wardrobe. The bathroom was lovely, a nice modern decor and a light up mirror. Shower over bath.

Lift broke down twice during our stay. Staff made great efforts to get it fixed (and did so once but it broke again) which meant taking a buggy and suitcases up a lot of flights of stairs tricky. Staff were kind and moved us to a floor lower down on second floor to assist. Walls are very thin and you can hear every word between rooms and floors. Room was very clean but very basic and worn. For a budget accommodation it was adequate but I’d save up and pay more and book elsewhere in future for my own family

Although our stay was good. One thing that was uncomfortable for me was on our first night, they gave us a room with an actual key( other guests has card keys) however, it won’t lock the door of our room. We felt unsafe and also during the early hours of the night we felt like someone was trying to open our door. We just tied the door to our luggage so no one can come in. The good thing was the staff was very good as the next day, we told them what happened and they immediately changed our room with a proper card key and door that can be locked.

The staff are all nice. They’ve given us extra pillows and a hairdryer. Also, the place is very convenient as it is near to the tube and a lot of restaurants and convenience store nearby the hotel.

The size of the bathroom. It was quite small with limited space to stand.

We choose this property for the price of the room as we would be spending little time in it. The value for money was very good. The location was excellent.

Our room was very small for a twin. Mattresses were extremely old and springs were sticking up. There was no tv remote, no storage due to the size of the room, only half the sockets in the room worked properly (and there was only one double plug) and the shower and tap pressure was extremely low. Our room felt like an add on rather then a standard twin room which is what we paid for

Staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. Fully informed of when staff would be there and what I needed if we arrived without staff on the desk. Easy location with underground 2 mins away. Room was tidy and aired. Getting extra pillows and amenities was easy and pleasant.

Advertising TV’s in rooms and coffee throughout your stay. 2 rooms out of 3 that we booked had NO tv, 1 room had no hanging space for clothes. The toilet/bathroom in 1 room was so small that if the door was shut my friend would’ve had their knees up by their head!

Unfortunately my room had no TV as described I was travelling alone for the Royal parks 1/2 marathon, so my plan was to chill out in my room in the evening and watch the tv, and I was unable to do this. Also having tea and coffee in the room would make it so much better.

The staff was very rude to my friends. They've arrived early and booking was under my name. I've sent them the details of my booking but he didn't listen to them and he did not even allow my friends to charge their phones while waiting for me..otherwise Hotel was nice, room is very nice.. Location was perfect but Only the problem is that staff person.

Lack of facilities in the room, no tea or coffee facilities, very thin pillows, no remotes for tv, beds not very comfortable and although appears newly decorated don’t look to closely!!! Had to pay £5 per bag for luggage storage.
