Our friendly hostess gave us a warm welcome and recommended an excellent restaurant for our evening meal. The breakfasts were superb with a wonderful selection of fresh fruits, and the cooked breakfasts were beautifully cooked and presented. The property was situated on a quiet road where it was easy to park with easy access to the centre of Harrogate, and we we were provided with parking permits

Unfortunately had to clean some tea stains that were on the door and had been missed .

Breakfast was great and the room was comfy and warm. The bathroom was small but contained all that we needed with a shower, toilet and sink. The owners of the property who greeted us and served breakfast were very friendly and helpful.

Jan and Mark were so friendly and welcoming. My room was upgraded from a single room to a double room which was very kind of them to do so. Breakfasts were fabulous. Provided me with clear guidance about the car parking options at their property.

My bedroom was downstairs close enough to reach the reception bell if I needed anything . The weather didn’t help as cold and deary outside .

Close to the centre . The hosts Jan and Mark were friendly and polite . Homemade marmalade with a dash of whiskey is worth a try 😂

A beautiful B&B in the heart of Harrogate, in a quiet street within walking distance of town centre. Jan and Mark were superb hosts and had thought of every detail for guests' comfort. Breakfast was excellent with a great choice of options. Definitely a place to go back to.

There wasn't much. An extra shelf in the bath-room wouldn't go amiss, but that was about it.

Breakfast was a feature in itself, we have stayed in a lot of hotels and B&B's. This was the best we have had..............Anywhere. Mark & Jan, are superb hosts and some of the nicest people you could ever meet. You can see the attention to detail all around the house. Comfy beds, comfy breakfast room and even a bar for those people who like a night-cap before bed. We loved the place.

En suite was a bit cramped but it's a Victorian house so was what it was.

Breakfast was well above expectations. Lots of fresh fruit, yoghurt, even bircher muesli, great jams and a wide choice of hot breakfast dishes cooked to order. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. Lovely room with bay window looking over tree lined street.

I personally found the mattress too soft compared to what I am used to but this wouldn't stop me from booking to stay again sometime in the future.

There were minor issues with space, the wash hand basin being outside the en suite, with the toilet in the en suite.

The beds were very comfortable. It was in a quiet area but with easy access to the town centre. The breakfast was epic!
