To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomWifi was a bit mid. Roon could have done with a few more mains outlets. There wasn't any 'mood' or low-key lighting in the room, only option was the main ceiling light or a tiny LED reading light. Would be nice to add a table lamp or some recessed lighting.
Handy location - great for the park and local restaurants. Room was ok but could have done with a couple more mains outlets. Bathroom clean and shower excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful. Would recommend for anyone looking for an independent hotel with a bit of character.

Also it would have been good to know about the £1 charge on a credit card for damages purposes which would be refunded in "2 or 3 days". Having already paid for room in advance this led to a heated discussion with reception.

The location was perfect for us , as we were going to the ovo hydro , it's only about 15 mins walking distance. So all in all this hotel was fabulous and I would recommend.
