The light switch system was very difficult to navigate and the shower temperature did not work correctly, either hot or very hot. The jacuzzi feature on the bath did not work neither.

There were some minor problems with the lights - some light bulbs were not working, so the master bedroom ended up being a bit dark at night-time. Truth is we didn’t complain about it so I don’t know how quickly they’d have fixed it. And talking about the master bedroom, the bed was HUGE, really wide, at least 180cm but probably wider, but it was quite short, and without actual reason, as there was ample room. My wife is 166cm and it was ok for her, but I am 181 cm and my feet didn’t fit in. The living room ceiling light was full of dust and dirt, and light switches were a bit disfunctional in both bedrooms, bathrooms and the living room. The apartment was clean but that ceiling light was dusty and it felt like the headboards in both bedrooms were dusty too (one had a weird whitish stain as well). The bathrooms were beautifull, spacious and comfortable but the cabinets under the washing basins were obviously worn out - the wood was actually missing pieces. The tiles around the toilet felt funny too when walking on them, as if the ground under them was not solid - I was a bit worried if stepped on them on the wrong spot, they might brake. I also thought the sofa was a bit “tired”, as you’d sink in it too much, but the rest of the family was ok with it. All in all, I am being literal and maybe a bit strict,as I’d happily stay there again, nothing was bad enough to become a deal breaker, it’s just that I was negatively surprised by the aforementioned, given the price tag of the apartment.

We arrived almost 2 hours before check-in - I knew we’d arrive earlier and had asked whether they could hold our luggage or allow us early check in, and was told they could definitely hold our luggage and might even check us in early but it would depend on whether the room would be empty and they’d know one day before. I didn’t ask again. On arrival we were allowed to check-in early, as our room was already ready and waiting. On our check-out day, we asked if late check-out was possible and after 10 minutes we were graciously allowed to check out at 13:00 (3 hours later). Staff were always polite and formal. The apartment (#54) was a 2 bedroom apartment with street view but we had no trouble at all with noise, and I was surprised to find out there were 2 en-suite bathrooms plus one small powder room by the entrance. Spacious, lots of room in both bedrooms, beautifully furnished, with ample light during the day. Everything was reachable at walking distance - the British museum, Chinatown, SoHo, the cavalry museum, the changing of the guard, the parks, the palace, Piccadilly, shopping. Loved the stay, staying here made the experience better.

The receptionist man on the 2nd and last day are not really friendly. Grumpy and not nice. Needs to be replaced with more friendly staff. Thank you.

It meets the requirement, but would be nice to feel a little more welcome. I will be spending 3 weeks or more over here.

Location. Housekeeping staff are very pleasant. With almost no added expense, and a few genuine pleasantries, it could be made a far more welcoming and wonderful place to come to.

The downstairs heat did not work so it was too cold to really enjoy the downstairs. The staff attempted to help fix it several times, but it never worked. The washer/dryer did not work appropriately either. It washed the clothes but did not dry. When we asked about it, we were told it was really only good for washing just a couple of light items. One guest attempted to wash very small load and had to hang clothes for them to dry.

Great location, easy check in process, comfortable and clean bedding, and great bathrooms. Very responsive staff!

Staff slightly unfriendly, always find it weird when you walk into a nicer establishment and they treat you funny because you're young. Staff first thought I didn't have a reservation and there was a mismatch on Mr vs Ms on the reservation so they asked if I booked it for someone else. Other than that they were professional. They also didn't do the rooms every day, for unknown reason, usually with 4/5 stars they do room cleaning daily.

Please very dated even the renovated apartment are dated. The bathroom old the kitchen old. The washing machine didn’t work three weeks we were in the flat and they came to check it but still didn’t work they said they will cool the company but nothing. Some of the TV channel don’t work properly I called the operator manager he said we are upgrading TV Satalite !! Three weeks the channel on and off not repaired. Specially I am watching play off NFL live ( picture attached)

The location excellent Staff are very friendly and helpful except operational manager lorint not so friendly. It feels safe and in quiet road, good for family. They clean everyday except weekend. Place is clean Nice place to stay I will comeback if I find it in the right price even with the difficulty I faced this time.

I didn’t have huge problems with anything but I would say the beds are on the hard side and the light switches can be a little confusing. But these are very minor things and will not stop me from booking again.

Construction work in the property early in the morning, followed with some crazy noise for alarm testing. We did not manage to connect the tv to internet, even though the staff tried to help.

The property was really clean and spacious. The location was perfect. All the staff were really friendly and helpful.
