Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe bathroom floor was awful! It had obvisously been flooded a number of times previously, so the floor was rotting and uneaven. It really felt run down and brought down the overall experinece of the room. Also there was what i assume to be a very loud water pump either above or close to our room. From approx 7am this was going on very loudly, waking us up.
Nice simple bedroom, comfortable bed. The breakfast was good.

Great location with fairly frequent connections to the centre by bus. Breakfast was stocked well and had all the basics you'd expect from such a hotel. Beds were very comfortable, and the rooms kept tidy over the three days we stayed.

United KingdomI wasn't really around for long enough to notice anything. Some parts of the exterior of the hotel look a bit tired, but I suspect that's unavoidable without near-constant maintenance on a building of this age.
I only had a brief overnight stay, arriving at 4am and departing around 10am the next morning. Despite almost certainly being the last guest to arrive, there were still parking spaces available and access from the main road is easy. Facilities were very good for the price I paid. I ended up with a double room, and appreciated that it was an actual double bed, rather than two singles mashed together with a canyon down the centre. Bathroom was fine, the room was spacious enough, I'd have been happy spending longer here. There's a small park across from the hotel if you want to stretch your legs and get some fresh air.

United KingdomAn otherwise lovely experience was completely let down by the decorative condition of the whole place which was very shabby and the mattress on my bed which was so hard that I couldn’t sleep at all for the 3 nights I was there, leaving me a total mess.
Lovely food in the bar, very friendly staff who bent over backwards to make my stay enjoyable. Great location very handy for the city and Bottleyard studios. Free, plentiful parking
