Whilst the room was midly clean, there were repairs needed. Underneath the bed was incredibly dusty and one of the legs was even broken and just left under there. Inside the closest again was dusty and the room, although had a TV, kettle and desk, was not worth the money I paid for just the one night.

The location is lovely, lots of pubs/cafés around for food and a spare right across the road. It's very close to the city centre too. Staff were accommodating and kind. They were helpful to fulfil requests quickly and helped with taking our bags to my car. Check in and check out wad quick and easy.

i didnt like paying for breakfast going down at 9.30 on a sunday morning ,only to be told it finished at 9 am thought that on a sunday was ridiculous

The rooms were a bit tired and needs some attention.

Reuben was exceptional, very helpful and friendly and really ensured I was happy. Sheets and towels nice and clean.

Poor lighting on 1st switch on till they warmed up,loose screws on in side of door handle(possiblity of coming off in hand in an emergency and then you can't get out and the windows were blowing through the seals causing a draft(curtains stopped this) but being on the main road this caused a little more than expected traffic noise

The room was OK. The shower room needs to be cleaned thoroughly and up dated. A lot of the corners which are dirt pinch points need to be cleaned. Also the kettle lead only just reaches the power point. It would be good to have a folder with places to eat and drink. The staff were great and very friendly.

Clean and comfortable room. Free parking, free wifi, friendly staff and a great location. It is good value for money; I recommend it to small businesses with a limited travel budget.

The Hotel was in a perfect location for us to visit family in the UK. Good car parking facilties. Room had tea and coffee facilities. Spar shop across the road for any extra bit and pieces. Checkout was great. Plenty of restaurants and bars in the vicinity all within walking distance. Room was warm, cosy, clean. The shower was pipping hot for a lovely morning shower.

There are a couple of things which could've been better in Room 12: - decent sized gap between one of the windows/frame when closed, thankfully it wasn't windy otherwise this would've impacted on my stay(noise levels/quality of sleep/room temperature) - draught under the door(I blocked this off) - shower was pretty ineffective despite following instructions on wall also it was extremely noisy

I arrived slightly early however our host had no problem with us checking in at this time. I stayed in Room 12 which was very clean and also had a comfortable bed. The room had everything as promised(towels, tea/coffee etc.)
