The only thing I didn’t like was the size of the room. No much space between the bed and the wall. I hit myself several times.

You have everything you need in the room, the bed was comfortable and the bedding were clean.

The kitchens were not stocked well. There were no mixing bowls to make food in, pans to cook in the oven, pot holders, or paper towel. The first room we were in needed some attention but the second room was updated.

No proper sign hard to find, heating is not in your control it is in the control of the hotel, can hear a lot of stuff from the rooms above, wifi poor

Stove didn't work so we could not cook the first night. Was repaired after that but the switch was put back upside-down. Heating could not be controlled and was off when we wanted it on. I understand that half the place seems to be used for some sort of emergency accommodation but the guards there and no explanations gave it a creepy vibe. Piles of disintegrating mattresses out the front on a rubbish heap.

Noise from outside. Windows not double glazed. Hotel and was also being used for emergency accommodation. Lots of people and kids roaming around the hotel.

The apartment was a little outdated. There wasn’t enough hot water for our family of 3 to shower in the morning. Our bedroom door didn’t close so the warm air (when the heating actually worked) escaped quickly. The heating was only available in the evening and was switched off during the night so we woke up from the cold.

The only thing that bothered slightly is that there wasnt a full long wardrobe for long dresses and the shower's water was a bit weak. The place is not new but for me this was not a problem.

Location was fantastic only 5 mins away from padington station. Beds were super comfy It had all the amneties of an apartment with a full kitchen machine and even a seperate luving room.

Poor wifi (we could use wifi in only one of the rooms, the signal didn't reach other rooms). Sofa-bed has only a very thin blanket.

My room was in the basement. It was huge— a self-contained suite, and actually an upgrade, because there was a mix up with my toom booked earlier. Only problem was that the staff would walk past the outside window every morning, making noise. I did tell Reception about it and that alleviated the problem somewhat. The hotel apparently also accommodates refugees in an adjacent wing. No problem with that, per se, but the kids would play, sometimes noisily, in the shared lobby. Not a serious problem and I’m happy they are helping those In need. Reception staff were very accommodating, especially the young Ecuadorian gentleman, whose name I Unfortunately cannot remember.

Windows very poor sealing meaning lots of noise from the street especially around 8-10pm where residents would stand outside window and talk on speaker phone and smoke, noise would easily drift into the room as well as smoke smell, a bit drafty too but we didn't get cold, walls had cracks and floor uneven so looked it's age. Towel rail was in bathroom but was never on meaning we had to replace towels daily

Great location, shower was good, bed duvet was nice and thick meaning warm a night, got checked in early due to room being ready, extra blankets for the single/kids bed to ensure they would be warm at night, bed was good quality, on the hard side but that was fine by us
