Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United KingdomI had asked for a bottle of white zinfandel in the room as it was my husband's birthday while we were there, I was told this would be fine I just had to ring and pay at reception. I rang last week to be told the hotel doesn't stock white zinfandel that I could have red wine white wine or rose wine, I explained to the lady on the phone that it is pink in colour but is white zinfandel,, she went to check came back to the phone and told me it was definitely not stocked. Upon arrival we were unable to check in so we're asked to join up to All and we would get a free drink , as we ordered at the bar I could see two or three bottles of the white zinfandel this was very disappointing as I wanted to do something nice for my husband.

The easy parking and nice size room and twin beds. The best shower and cubicle I have ever had in any hotel. Massive , with a seat my husband loved as he has trouble standing.

It was good value for money. Most of the staff were great, the breakfast attendant was great, he couldn’t do enough to help everyone. Nice breakfast too.
