We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The food was delicious both in the restaurant for dinner and the breakfast in the morning. The rooms were lovely and clean, very spacious.

United KingdomThe 2-person retreats really needed a small table and chairs for dining. The omission of these is a massive oversight, especially given that there is a kitchen, hob, and oven for self-catering. There is space for a small table, even if it were a fold out one. This is an issue that needs rectifying, and we would not stat in a one bed retreat again unless this is addressed. There is also a lack of storage space for any cases and luggage. It is unfortunate that priority was given to the couch 'snug' area built into the wall, rather than using this as a proper enclosed storage area.
The location was excellent, with great views. The retreats were in excellent condition and spotless, with most amenities one could expect provided for.
