There was nothing we didn't like, was really happy with our stay at the hotel & the place.

We loved chipping Campden & the hotel was central for all our needs, a lovely little town with beautiful shops, will definitely go back.

Just be aware it's on the High Street in Chipping Camden. Vehicles will go past the window. Didn't bother us, but just saying.

Karen and Paul are excellent hosts and have thought of everything you could possibly need to have an amazing stay in the Cotswolds. This is so much more than a B&B. Downstairs, there's a cosy sitting room with a real fire. The bedrooms are beautifully furnished with water, tea, coffee and biscuits available. The beds (and we're really, really fussy) are extremely comfortable, and the towels in the bathroom are proper human-sized towels so you can enjoy a hot shower and dry yourself properly afterwards. (We mention that because we seem to have stayed in a series of hotels where they thought something slightly larger than a hand towel might be sufficient.) There's fast wi-fi access too. Badgers Hall's central location means it's absolutely ideal - the sights of Chipping Camden are, quite literally, on your doorstep. We followed Karen and Paul's recommendation to eat at The Eight Bells: good food accompanied by really excellent service. If you're thinking of staying here . . . do.

I had the best stay at Badgers Hall. It’s a beautiful B&B full of its original character. Location is perfect just on the Main Street overlooking the town square. Was there for the Christmas lights switch on and had the most beautiful view from my room overlooking the Christmas tree. Room was big and bed was comfy. The hosts Karen and Paul are wonderful and always aim to make your stay the most comfortable. Karen arranged for me transportation to visit nearby Broadway which was appreciated. Would highly recommend!

Nothing really given the age of the property but it’s worth noting that there are quite a few low beams and the stairs are a bit tight so don’t bring an enormous suit case!

Location is excellent, being right on the high street of Chipping Campden. A real bonus is that there are plenty of places on the high street to eat out. The building is hundreds of years old, is full of character and beautifully adapted as a B&B. There’s no private parking but parking on the high street is fine. Breakfasts were great as were the hosts!

£185 a night is rather expensive. But I suppose for a weekend stay in August the price is to be expected.

We had a lovely stay at this quirky B&B. The building is beautiful with original features. The owners Karen & Paul were so friendly and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. Badgers Hall is on Chipping Campden high street so the perfect location to explore the village. We never struggled to find parking which is free on the high street. Breakfast was cooked to your liking each morning and tasted delicious.

The shower was a bit small - my husband kept banging his elbows! (Picky, I know.) Also, the parking was difficult during the day. The property did not have private parking, so you had to park in the road. Thought it was a tad overpriced.

Fabulous old building. Our room was large and the bed so comfortable. The hosts, Karen and Paul were lovely and couldn’t do enough for us.
