I like everything, just some suggestions, about things we missed: hooks for towels in bathroom, toilet paper holder, self for shampoo amd conditoner in shower. Also there were no pots or pans in kitchen. There was washing machine we dont use, but no dishwasher.

The long passcode on the security lock to the room , would love the room to have an armchair to relax in. Relaxing on a bed is not the best for backs

I was in basement, (no2) which was fine but tricky stairs down may make it challenging for some . No air conditioning. Basement was very tiny but upper floor apartments may be bigger.

Location was good for access to tube and Westminster area. Apartment was exceptionally clean and well equipped. Own washing machine and fridge in apartment Convenience stores, coffee shops and bakeries in abundance.

We wanted a 3pm check in and contacting the property I was told that would be fine. On the day of check in we were told the policy was changed at it would now be £60 for early check in. Thankfully we resolved it but it’s poor to offer something only to remove it and leave your staff exposed to moans!

Only issue was the main shower head in the apartment we stayed in needed replacing spraying in all directions but there was a second handheld shower head which was fine

Only one mug was usable, kettle can only be used if put on open oven door. Smelly bathroom, I don't think the shower drain was installed correctly to avoid the smell of the drains getting out. One of the sockets by the bed had something stuck in it making it unusable, possibly a broken dodgy power adaptor from a previous guest. Had to move the furniture around to have a bedside table on both sides of the bed.

Easy to find, easy to get in. Comfortable bed. Decent shower. Good location. Decent value.

This isn’t really a dislike but the inaccessible socket on one side of the bed meant I couldn’t charge my phone overnight close to me! Also it would be good to have a little table on that same side.

Access was easy.It was exactly what we needed and as described. Very good use made of the space. Lovely decor, very clean ,the bed was very comfortable, the linen and towels were perfect. It was surprisingly quiet.

The check in instructions email went to my spam and wasn’t clearly identified as to what it was. Consequently we had to ring the provider for instructions to get in. They were helpful once we spoke though. The bed was a little small for a couple.

The location was excellent for us as we had a social event in Marylebone. The apartment was very well equipped for making snacks and hot drinks and had a fridge and safe. If you have been here before it is probably very easy to self check in

While Virdian Baker Street offers a fantastic location for enjoying Christmas in London, there are a few drawbacks to consider. The automatic bathroom light can switch off suddenly during showers, so it’s essential to move around to keep it on. Additionally, having room cleaning at least every other day would enhance the stay. Room 18 on the third floor poses a challenge, especially without an elevator—hauling luggage up those stairs was quite the workout! The room itself is on the smaller side, which is typical for London hotels, but it’s still cozy. Despite these issues, the overall experience was enjoyable, thanks to the great location and festive atmosphere.

Viridian Baker Street apartments is the perfect location for experiencing Christmas in London! With Baker Street Station nearby, exploring festive attractions like Winter Wonderland and Oxford Street is a breeze. The area is beautifully decorated, creating a magical holiday atmosphere. Plus, there are plenty of cozy cafes and restaurants to enjoy seasonal treats. Overall, it’s an ideal base for a festive getaway—highly recommended. Additionally, the bathroom features a shadaf( washing hose for Muslim’s)which was fantastic for washing up after using the restroom.

Location of the apartment perfectly matched my needs - studying at the university 2 blocks away and sightseeing (tube and buses are all 2 min walk so commuting is easy). There is also a park 10 min walk that made my waiting time before check in delightful. Instructions to grab keys were clear and host was online when I needed assistance (i thought I stuck inside the room )) )

We were allocated the lower ground floor and to be honest was a little dissapointed with the view out the windows not the fact no view but the fact it’s very dirty and tired looking. If that area felt a little more loved it would make a massive difference. In addition the air conditions didn’t work which was a little challenging with the temperatures. Overall nice apt / bed super comfy. Clearly a lot of thought and it layout . Finally in terms of instructions - we had to phone as we tried to follow the instructions but not as clear as you could make them - especially at the door for the apt. Small update to the brief would make it perfect for first time visitor .
