We believe it could be cleaner in areas but it wouldn't stop us coming back.

A lovely little hideaway tucked away in the countryside. So peaceful and perfect for a relaxing couple of nights away. It was the ideal place for our little family, including our dog. This was a lovely safe place for her to run around and the same for our little 18 month old. There were snacks provided on arrival for us and our dog. Fresh homemade sourdough bread and eggs were beautiful. The bath outside is ideal after a busy day. The host Kerry, was so friendly and welcoming.

This was a perfect getaway from it all. We were provided with everything we needed, and a lot more. The bed was comfortable, the hot tub was luxurious, the accommodation was perfectly clean. The pizzas are 5 star. This was our second stay and we have already booked again.

Nothing, couldn’t fault it!

Wow this spot is a little slice of Heaven! what can I say, from the moment we arrived we we’re welcomed like family . Nothing was ever to much trouble for Kerry, little touches like Prosecco, chocolate, Crisps, goats milk and fresh eggs, grapes, marmalade etc. every little touch was fabulous, fresh robes for the tub, lovely towels, even treats for our doggies. Lovely secure area for my dogs, and daughter. She even made us her famous breads to try which I’m gutted we didn’t buy before leaving. We ordered pizza and it was absolutely fantastic, you need to try this! Super fresh and homemade with extras like pesto, chilli oil and coleslaw, amazing! My daughter loved the playground and loved playing with Kerry’s daughter (this was my daughter’s highlight) and Kerry even asked my daughter if she wanted a hot dog for dinner as that’s what her daughter and friend were having. She even brought it out to us. 🥹🥲. She give my daughter an ice lolly which was such a lovely gesture, as well as fresh lemon curd. We can’t wait to return I really really enjoyed the bath more than a hot tub, the goats milk bath with fresh lavender and flowers etc was 10/10. She should sell this, I’d love to have some for home. We loved the pet goats, and we got to hold little chicks and a duck only born 🥰 Honestly I could go on and on. Thanks again Kerry !

There was nothing to find fault with.

Everything was perfect. We really enjoyed the very friendly welcome. The facilities were fabulous. The bed was very comfortable, the shower was spacious, the living area had everything we needed and a lot more. We enjoyed relaxing outside and inside and the outdoor bath was so good. The pizza was first class. There were lots of little extras that made our stay really special. We look forward to staying again soon.

An immediate warm welcome from Kerry, loved the warm, uniquely decorated interior with the fab touch of Christmas decor and relaxing essential oil scent on arrival. Good parking for two outside. Everything about the place is geared towards comfort with surprise little touches like home made dog treats and floral salts for the hot tub. Felt so relaxed after the milk bath. Kerry was such an uplifting spirit on hand to answer questions and make our stay so easy. Such a friendly couple. Love that it’s tucked away from the main road with wonderful views of countryside when walking doggies. And a short drive to the nearest beach. Thank you!! Highly recommend the stables!

Host Kerry was so lovely and hospitable, really appreciated all of her kind gestures - homemade bread/dip delivered in the evening, prosecco on arrival, and snacks. Loved the scenic views, the outdoor bath with bathsalts, and lovely fresh flowers. Had a lovely night, and would love to re-visit.

Just in my opinion and probably because I'm a light sleeper a wee mattress topper for the bed would have made the bed supper comfy

Loved everything. Really chilled place to stay for the night. Absolutely loved it and definitely will return 👍 The log burner and the outdoor bath was a great hit with us and the wee treats of chocolate, crisps and prosecco was a lovely touch 😁

The cottage was perfect and had everything needed for a relaxing break away. It was spotless and beds were very comfortable. The views were beautiful and the host Kerry could not have done anything more to make the stay more special. We really appreciated and loved the special touches she had put in place to make us feel at home. We will definitely be back.

There was nothing not to like!

The property is very welcoming, instantly a feeling of relaxation! There was a very generous welcome basket, as well as fresh eggs etc. My husband loved the coffee maker, especially for the mornings! Kerry is above and beyond as a host! She makes you feel special and spoilt! Her bread ,yogurt, and extras that she so generously prepares are amazing! Also pulling the blinds in the morning and watching the pigmy goats playing and birds singing all adding to the experience!

Could use more kitchen cutlery/mugs. Only 1 teaspoon, 2 tiny cups (no mugs). Coffee machine wasn’t working right Kerry tried to fix.Filter coffee available. Outside space needs a little tlc. But on the plus side the yard was enclosed and diff could wonder round. Not sound proof as sliding stable doors in property, so if you’re going with kids, take that into account. Perfect for a couple though.

Hot bath tub was lovely with bu flowers smelling delicious. Home cooked bread and some eggs as we had a free genius benefit breakfast each day (no OJ or croissants though). Small jug of milk and bottle of Prosecco in fridge!. Little pot of butter n jam. Sour dough bread to die for as for homemade pizzas for only a fiver! They were heavenly. Host was on hand to sort any problems and friendly.

fabulous stay! lovely host that goes out of her way for you, very clean & relaxing vibes! loved seeing the chickens & ducks roaming around the garden, goats beside us too! Just such a relaxing time🥰 absolutely loved the outdoor bathtub & all the little extras 🍾😊
