A good hotel at a very reasonable price

The hotel can't help this - very busy traffic outside (it's the government's job to reduce traffic!)

A nice room and a good location

Due to circumstances the Hotel was without a chef so breakfast was unavailable. Pillows were extremely uncomfortable. I bought some for our second night.

Friendly and relaxed. Parking available. Pleasant staff member. Warm on a cool weekend

Facilities were could be better. Tea and coffee provided in room but there was no kettle. Bed had a lamp either side of bed but one side had no socket to plug lamp into. No toilet roll holder in bathroom.

Both room and bathroom were massive. Rare to get a room with its own sofa! Bed was very comfortable. Massive flat screen TV with FireTV although signal was intermittent so lots of buffering trying to watch TV.

Small grass area within the hotel grounds. Unfortunately this was full of dog mess which is due to inconsiderate owners. Perhaps a very large sign stating PLEASE CLEAN UP AFTER YOUR DOG be put in place and a poo bin provided

The hotel was very clean, warm and comfortable. Just right for a short stay. Lots of quirky decorations that catch your eye. We chose this hotel as it excepted dogs.

Really the only issues were a missing lamp bulb and TV remote out of battery, barely impacted the stay

I think the outside could be landscaped a little better as it doesn't reflect inside. Also the shower could do with more power.

Walking through the Hotel was good as has a lot artefacts from old. Very quirky. The room had been refurbed and enjoyed the fact of the patio doors allowing us to have fresh air coming in. Relaxing.

The blind in the bathroom hadn't been put up properly... it ended up on the floor when we tried to raise it...upon telling the staff the guy simply shrugged his shoulders and said "that's what you get for hiring cheap labour!"... also the sofabed in our room had seen better days and the wardrobes were "rickety"...

Lovely property and our room/suite was very comfortable... only a 5 minute taxi ride to where we wanted to go (KK's Steel Mill)... beautiful deep pile carpet... very comfy bed...

Noisy from car traffic from main road, through small side double glazed window. . Not a problem at night though, we’d been partying!. No information pack with details of location, shops, taxis , WiFi etc

Staff friendly and helpful. Clean and tidy, easy car parking, shower easy to operate. Fair value for money and convenient.

It wasn't immediately obvious if there was a bar, or anywhere in the hotel to buy food. The hotel doesn't provide a guest directory outlining any of it's services. I didn't book a breakfast so can't comment on the food. Plenty of local amenities made of for this.

The room was clean, warm, quiet and comfortable. It actually exceeded my expectations from the first impression.

Didn't know about the decorating going on but did not effect me.

Easy to find. Ideal location for me only 15 minutes from Wolverhampton horse race track. Off street parking. Easy book in. Breakfasts are not being provide at present, I assume due to decorating taking place. I would have left early to get to my next location so breakfast would have been too late.

The exterior looks very tired and tatty. Big dishes full of cigarette butts right by the door as you enter not pleasant. Our headboard on the bed was very tatty and let the room down.

It was good value for what we paid. It was clean. We liked the quirky curios around the hotel. Staff member friendly.

Excellent value for a short stay

The communal areas were a little grubby, I couldn't fault the cleanliness in my room but everywhere else could have done with vacuuming. Shower pressure wasn't amazing but it's a an old property and my room (2) was tucked away in the corner of the first floor so it isn't entirely unexpected. There aren't any signs on the walls to guide you to your room so make sure that you get directions from the staff.

Baron's Court is great value for money. The room was clean and comfortable with enough tea, coffee and bottled water for my stay. Close to town by car (c. £6 by uber) it is walkable but via some busyish roads. The communal areas have lots of quirky decoration, definitely not chain hotel bland! Free parking is a bonus. This isn't either a positive or a negative but definitely something to be aware of, the hotel doesn't have a bar or restaurant. I didn't explore the immediate area but driving in I didn't spot anything close by to get food or a drink so be prepared to go a little further afield or get a delivery.
