The room was slightly smaller than expected but as I stayed one night smallness was not a problem

Couldn’t turn off the light by the bed, had to take access card out in order to turn light off. We didn’t know this until quite late, after 1am, too late to report to reception

Lack of availability of fresh milk for rooms (UHT only which doesn’t taste great). Rooms were very small - this was fine for us as we were out every day, but if you’re someone who will be in a lot I’d opt for a larger room. No fridges in rooms which would have made a huge difference.

Well stocked, tasty breakfast. Lots of options. Beautiful and peaceful location near Hyde Park. A little out of the way for sightseeing but we knew that when booking, and the nearest tube station was very close by. Bayswater (nearest) is on Circle line and Queensway (just a little further away) gets you anywhere you’d want to go to. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were comfortable, with excellent housekeeping staff, good quality mattresses and bedding and clean towels. Rooms were warm but aircon was extremely efficient. Very good value for money. Nicely decorated main areas. Comfortable dining room.

We were in a room in the basement and could hear the lift everytime it was used.

Our flight to Dublin was cancelled so we had to find somewhere quickly. Staff were very nice and friendly. Great location and room was fine.

The main entrance floor was dirty during the duration of my trio (5 days). It's the first thing you see. Nevertheless the rooms, despite being small, are quite clean.

The hotel is in a good location, the staff are friendly and helpful. Their breakfast is delectable. The room was clean and tidy.

Very minor adjustments would be helpful - for example, hooks for the back of the bathroom door, and a small shelf in the shower unit - but no complaints.

Excellent welcome from polite and helpful staff. Reasonable price for a central location. Room was small (as to be expected for the price) but well-planned. We were pleasantly surprised that the hotel had a lift. We would use this hotel again.

Shower head in my room was very dirty . It needs proper cleaning . Also the window in the room didn’t fully close , so cold wind was coming through during the night.

I liked that scrambled eggs were made of real eggs . In some hotels you get that from powder .

The mattress is very old, you can feel the metal mesh and is very uncomfortable.

The noise cancellation in the room was in words ‘not good’ the walls are like paper thin and I could hear a couples conversation at two am while they were talking. You could also hear every time someone flushed, took a shower or went out. The room we were assigned too was also very depressing looking, it was spacious but looked kind of depressing ngl. But we were in a one bed room so it’s not really that much too complain, but for almost 5000 sek you would expect it to be a bit nicer. (The painting above our bed did not help lighten the room). But if your goal is just to stay in the room for sleep I guess it’s fine, me and my cousin were out like 8-10 hours every day so it didn’t matter a lot for us. Also there was a burn mark? Spot? On the mat near the wardrobe. The bathroom was also very small and could only fit one person at a time.

It was near two train station the red, green and yellow lines. The hotel was in a really pretty neighborhood like I kid you not really beautiful in daylight. The room were pretty spacious for a one bed and the AC worked really well. There was a hairdryer in the room. The bathroom was really clean and had hand soap and body soap as well as soap bars and many towels. The staff were really helpful and polite. Every time we left the room it was a bit messy but when we came back the room were cleaned. Tho I’m sure if you do not want staff to clean your room you have to hang on the “not disturb sign”. It also had a coffe machine as well coffe capsules with milk sugar etc. I thought the bed was really nice cuz it was hard but for people that prefers soft mattresses you are not gonna like it.

I ate my two biscuits, complimentary, when I arrived at 6.30pm, on my first night. My room was made up next morning, no replacement biscuits 🙃

No milk in room for tea or coffee and could have put out more bottles of water.

We enjoyed our stay. Comfortable clean room with a good shower.
