We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe scones available at the bar appeared to have been defrosted rather than fresh, and were almost as tough as tennis balls. No towels available when I arrived at the pool reception, so the attendant said she'd bring some in to the poolside for me - she did that, but other guests saw her bring them and they walked off with them, leaving me to walk back dripping to the reception for a towel.
Room, breakfast, dinner all good. Swimming pool handy. Didn't use the gym but it looked well equipped. Car parking plentiful and free of charge. Access to hospital was primary reason for visit, as a relative was having care - extremely handy for that.

Great location with free car parking - Easy to get into Glasgow City centre by regular and reasonably priced train. Breakfast was OK - tables weren't very well cleaned, so each morning, bar one, we had to wipe them down ourselves. Staff friendly - though, on our arrival, we were asked to sit in the bar with our meal because the lady had already cleared up in the restaurant despite it still being within the operating hours.

From the outside it just looked like your normal standard building. But as soon as you stepped through the doors it was not what I was expecting. It far exceeded my expectations so much space, really modern, really friendly receptionist when checking in. The rooms again not what I was expecting. Had literally everything you needed. Loads of light coming in. If I'm honest when I walked in and saw the interior. I was so suprised I only paid what I paid not that I'm complaining as I really felt I got a good deal. My stay didn't include breakfast but it wasn't that much to add on any way. Loved the pool and gym. Restaurant and bar good choices of food and drink. Absolute friendly staff. Then breakfast good selection amd was perfect for my needs considering I had a fitness event. Definately would book this place again if I do the event I did next year.

The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The room was very large and clean with a great view of the Clyde.

I have done a trip advisor review also. The staff were amazing in this hotel and made my wee granddaughter feel so special. They were genuinely nice and helpful and made such an effort. The hotel was spotlessly clean, the room was beautiful and large and airy and great value for money.
