Key lock box was hard to open! Gas oven was basic and most of the hot air came out of a gap between the door and the ovens frame so allow extra cooking time. Wifi signal for the TV kept dropping out which was annoying when you are watching a decent program!!

Property is located in a busy holiday park that is tucked away in a fantastic and more quiet position, however still within an easy walk to the main parks centre. It was clean and tidy with a main shower/toilet, with a further separate toilet in main bedroom. Small hard-standing area for seats outside along with grass to sit on. Off site parking for 1-2 cars max. Some toiletries were provided, along with some basic tea/coffee items which was a nice touch. The onsite shop was used for some basic items and the park has other food/takeaways available (but not used by myself). I was playing golf close-by so I did not use any of the sites onsite sports and entertainment activities. I would recommend this property and I would happily come back again in the future.

We couldn’t find a Clothes Drying Rack very very useful after swimming especially. Maybe there was one somewhere and we just missed it.:)

Very clean and cosy. All you need for a relaxing, comfortable and fun adventure away with family. ( Loved Alexa Music, the very motivational Pictures on the walls , the heart melting little decoration and flowers and the lovely selection of ‘mini Spa at Home’. Loved the Frisbee and the outdoor games and the very nice selection of the DVD films available… and probably other very pleasant details which I can not remember now).

The caravan was located in the midst of a lovely country park with lots to see and do around the site. The caravan was clean and tidy with complimentary items that the owner had advised in a nice card to say we could use.

There was no central heating in the caravan and bedrooms were very cold (it was December) I bought a cheap heater from a local shop. This was the only downside in what was essentially an excellent caravan.

Really clean, nicely presented. Owners arrived early and turned on the gas for me and left a nice present. Spacious and relaxing. Beds were really comfy and the bedding was lovely.

Nothing to dislike about the caravan, I feel for the owners as id not re book it as it’s cheaper to go through the leisure parks own accommodation as tattersall park wanted £194 for a pass to use the facilities on top of the £200 I’d paid for the caravan for the weekend! How can they get repeat bookings when it would have been £250 including a pass through the leisure park itself . If I went again I’d definitely look at the costings better . Be aware that all activities need this pass !

Only downside is the van is a good 5 min drive from the main entrance to the park, other than that there's nothing we don't like about it

The 194 pounds we had to pay to be able to enter the main entertainment part of the complex . To only find out every thing was fully booked up. Or need to be paid for separately.

the park passes were an extra cost and even when paying for them couldn’t use them much as lots of things were fully booked.

it was great for all, especially the children. a little play area nearby for when we didn’t want to go to the main area on site. It felt very safe with small children.

Nothing really, nice place to stay. Twin room beds are close together but that’s the design of the van - others are also like this. Took us a while to find the heater switches in the bedrooms. Booking.com need to update the cost of the Entertainment Passes. For our trip in April, the cost was £80, not £25-£35 they show. The owners of the van say they have contacted Booking.com about this, to no avail.

Good communication from the owner. Double bed is really comfortable. Handy having 2 toilets. Well equipped caravan. Located in a quieter area of the park and we squeezed in 3 cars.
