Not much! The cottage is great. The drive entrance is very narrow BUT we were warned about it and it was ok. If you have a larger car I would check widths first! We made it with the mirrors folded in. However, once in the parking is great and it felt very secure.

Great host! Leaving a welcome note and fresh milk etc was a great touch. Cup of tea after a long journey is always welcome!

the lock box was tricky to access. we struggled a bit on arrival and departure. the top part of the front door needs to be looked at as its difficult to lock and unlock.

very comfortable. very nicely decorated and furnished. spacious for its location. great location. very quiet. on site parking, though access to parking a little snug in a large car. exceeded our expectations significantly.

The upstairs was incredibly hot - but I imagine anywhere would be during this current heatwave. Some fans in the bedrooms might have helped?

Excellent location good directions. Easy to find. Host communicated really well and very kindly let us in early because our timings were very tight for changing for a wedding.

It didn't have an outside space to enjoy the sun, but that said we wasn't there for relaxing we stayed for a wedding and then touring/walking around the area which was beautiful.

The location was great, in the middle of town so easy access, but it was in a quiet location down an alleyway so out the way of the hustle and bustle if you craved the peace. The town was fantastic, lots of shops and places to eat.

Everything was exactly to our taste and perfect for our overnight stay in Ledbury. As previous residents of the area, two of us are very familiar with the town and the 3 of us would highly recommend a visit to Ledbury and a stay in Gentleman's Cottage. A scary drive through the mews arch in our VW Van! Plenty of space to park once through though. We just had to pull in the wing mirrors, and we fitted! Mattresses not the most comfortable, but the place is lovely. Maybe extra mattress toppers could make the place truly perfect.

Well equipped, tastefully decorated. Milk provided, (what a godsend), as shops and restaurants shut very early here. The complimentary drinks were a lovely touch too. Someone who really cares about the details, runs this property.

The location of The Gentleman’s Cottage is fantastic, down a little side right and right in the middle of Ledbury, so within 5 minutes you can be shopping, drinking coffee or eating in one of many eateries. The cottage itself is exceptionally clean, comfortable, well equipped and warm, a home from home. The owner, Penelope, is very responsive and helpful. All in all a treasure of a place if you're in Ledbury.

Very little storage in the main bedrooms - this meant that for a week you lived partly out of your suitcase. no bedside table in the second bedroom, or bedside light.

The hostess paid attention to every detail and was most considerate, leaving starter food and drink and equipping the cottage so you didn't need to bring anything. Her instructions were also very clear and comprehensive. The cottage itself is cosy and easy to feel at home in.

Beautiful property is a really beautiful town. The cottage is beautifully decorated, really comfortable and very clean. Lots of lovely thoughtful touches like breakfast cereals and milk, coffee and spare toothbrushes for those of us that forgot! Lovely place, highly recommended
