Breakfast and everything was very good never stay in a private location before always been hotels but this was very nice if all private places are like this I will be doing it more often thanks

Exceptional, our room was beautiful plenty of space , tastefully decorated . Large ensuite with bath and shower . Shaun or host was so helpful and the breakfast was fantastic . This was as good as if not better than som of the 5 star hotels we have stayed in

These are very minor points but 1) the mattress was a bit thin and 2) the water pressure in the shower was a bit low for me. But these did not detract from the overall enjoyment of my stay

I struggle with my back and would have preferred a firmer mattress but that is just my preference not to be seen as a criticism.

location convenient for Peterborough, very quiet. Room very good and plenty of space, huge bathroom. All exceptionally clean and tidy. Continental breakfast was very good, need to check if the butter and jam was homemade as it was so nice. loads of hot water. Would not hesitate to return and incredible value for money.

Limited table space to eat a takeaway although host did provide plates etc... Water pressure in shower could be higher.

A large room and en-suite in a beautiful home, central to the Peterborough area. Shane, the owner was a delight, welcoming, thoughtful, very quiet residence, room was lovely, suited all our needs. Continental breakfast served to our room at the time required. Came and went as and when we needed to. Excellent, thoroughly recommend.

Shane provided us with everything we needed. Lovely room and huge bathroom, silence at night, wonderful breakfast, everything was so well done and we are so grateful. As a host, he's the very best of the best!!! He directed us to a lovely walk the evening we arrived and to two grand choices for dinner within walking distance. Then if that wasn't enough, he then gave us at least two full days of where to go, where to park, and where to dine on our northern drive. He introduced us to Stamford and Burghley House, which we never would have known of and is truly one of the most historic and charming large villages in all of England. So happy we made his acquaintance. Exceptional person and perfect place to stay. Many many thanks!

Music playing till late up in the cul-de-sac which was annoying, and the Sky tv was a great addition but kept stopping / freezing every 5 minutes, but was there late so didn’t worry me too much.

Clean and smart, very helpful, didn’t expect it to be a house renting rooms out but worked great for what I needed.

Breakfast, delivered to our door, at our specified time (thank you, much appreciated), was excellent and a great start to the day. The bedroom was large, well appointed, with some lovely homely features. Accommodation warmly recommended and we would love to return

Only thing missing is a separate hand towel from the main towel so that no one has to use the damp one after their shower.

Shane is lovely and very helpful. The B&B is in a quiet area, large comfortable room with everything we needed (kettle, toaster, fridge and supplies). Bathroom was good size and toiletries were provided. Check out time of 11am very reasonable and made for a gentle start. Plenty of good spaces to walk our dog nearby. Also the continental breakfast delivered to our door was a lovely touch.

Lovely, spacious and clean room with ensuite. Nice, quiet road with parking space on drive. Tea/coffee facilities available in room, including a mini fridge. Great communication and service from owner.
