The breakfast was mainly Malaysian and there were just bread, croissants, butter and jam for those who cannot eat such a heavy cuisine. You have to enrich the breakfast with more British and European tastes.

No Lifts (I have limited ability in my left side so carrying luggage up 4 flights of stairs with no handrail on my good side for half the journey is not safe) Breakfast was not up to standard, No tea available to drink and although I was the first person in the restraint the food was cold so straight out the fridge (not even fresh or prepared over 30 mins before opening. So a glass of water and a cold hard boiled egg is the worst value for money in London

The room I stayed in was situated above an Asian takeout joint, so the air was perpetually infused with the scent of oil and frying grease. The window sills were in a sorry state, crumbling away from years of exposure to the elements. On the bright side, a few of the windows actually opened, allowing for some fresh air to circulate. Overall, it was a charmingly imperfect space, with a distinct character all its own.

The room suite was incredibly spacious and impeccably clean, providing ample room for relaxation and comfort. The bathroom was also spotless and surprisingly large, allowing for multiple tasks to be carried out with ease. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness and size of the room and bathroom.

The bathroom is very small, the lift is very small and barely fits two people with luggage.

Convenient location, a few minutes walking distance to Bayswater Tube Station and Queensway Tube Stations. Walking distance to cafes, convenient stores etc. The front office staff is very helpful and was courteous enough to provide me with an early check in free of charge even without asking. Check out process was smooth.

The toilet didn't flush as there were issues with the cistern. So ended up resolving it myself although it needs a permanent fix. Once the water got hot in the shower, there was no way to get it cooler and was way too hot to stand under.

It generally looked a little “tired” in its presentation When we arrived we were told we had been upgraded. The room we were given was in the basement below pavement level so the window just looked out onto some stairs and basement cupboards - good job we were upgraded! On arrival we were told we needed to pay £50 deposit which we had not previously been aware of. It was refunded after we left but it’s fortunate we had funds available to be able to pay it without warning.

the smell on entering the hotel was awful, the carpets in the hotel were filthy, the room was filthy, no bar area (not that we would have used it) not told the hotel is surrounded by scaffold. disgusting

The hotel is run down. The red carpet it off putting. Bathroom is ok size just the shower area is veryyyy small wtih a curtain that touched you when you in the shower :(. Hotel smell old too. It was good for one night, if you need to put your head down. Beds were comfy just very cold at night.

Staff is very nice helpfull and great.. The area is great close to bayswater or queesnsway..lots of places to eat.

The deposit of £50 is not returned immediately and you have to wait 3-5 days this surely can't be right! They must have facility to refund immediately Shower was broke and continued to pour out just hot water was unbearable maintenance had a look but still continued to be the same

The room was generally clean, but its condition was not the best; it could use some renovation. The bathroom was quite small, making it challenging for anyone with limited mobility. However, there was no prior information about the £50 deposit (on the positive side, it was promptly refunded to my card shortly after checkout).

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel's location is perfect, with two metro stations, a bus stop, and shops for shopping just a few steps away.
