The place is grubby and very outdated. I found a used unmentionable bit by the side of the bed which was obviously left by the previous guests in that room . I was horrified and disgusted ,this was supposed to have been cleaned properly before the next guests . When booking I clicked on a room with twin beds but to my surprise I got this crammy room ,not even a side lamp was provided. No cooked breakfast just some very cheap cornflakes. What happened to the hotel inspector ? the place is not fit for purpose, the water from the shower just trickles, the bathroom mats were old and dirty and I was afraid of stepping onto them. I felt very sorry for myself that I had subjected myself to this ! I should have taken heed of the reviews , but I thought by now they would have improved. I will never set foot there, it's not cheap even . They demand £10 for the key ,why? It's unfortunate that one is unable to visit these places before you book, I would never have booked there had I known the state of the place. I really should have taken a photo of the unmentionable but I was so horrified that I didn't want to look at it. I told the housekeeper to empty the bin and put another bin liner.

There was nothing to like about my stay at this place.

Limited parking, shower room, £10 key deposit!! no staff present to return the £10 key deposit despite assurance from staff the night before check out that someone would definitely be present to return the £10 key deposit. Have I mentioned that I DID NOT like the £10 key deposit?!

The place and the room smelled of smoke, the beds were really uncomfortable, and the bathroom was smelly and not very clean. You can see the pictures are from the hotel, but I don't know how long ago were taken, cause doesn't look the same, and you can see they avoided the bad parts.

The lady in there doesn't speak English, but she is very friendly.

Carpet in stairs is discusting make the whole hotel looks like a homeless shelter, very neglected and Im wondering where are the hotels inspectors. TV in the room has a remote control which wnt working, bedroom's door cnt be locked regardless you pay £10 deposit for the key. Wall's decoration is DIY with very poor finishing. Light in corridor would shine in the room because the door is not fitting well in the frame.

I have been using Booking.com services for many years and this hotel fell too low regarding standards; moreover in a city like London. The staff lacked simple etiquette. Toilets were dirty, Rat infested property. The owner ran the facility alone, so poor management. Upon checking out, I could not get my £10 refundable deposit, because the owner was away and there was no cash, though I was made to pay the same by cash only when I did (no card payment allowed).

The whole place was filthy and falling apart, no access to a kitchen or even a cup of coffee in the morning. Children playing up and down the stairs at all hours of the night. SO MUCH noise and shouting until late into the night / early morning. The beds were extremely old, dirty, lumpy and rock hard. The water pressure in the shower (which didn't even have a door!) was so poor, I'd have gotten cleaner just standing outside in the rain. Kept getting locked outside on the street whenever we went to have a smoke. Definitely not a "hotel", as the name claims. We weren't expecting much for the price, but holy cow that was awful.

It was really close to a tube station and... At least we weren't sleeping on the street?

the owner / manager was very kind, welcoming, helpful, gave directions, was kind and polite to me and my family but unfortunately the facilities and property were just very poorly maintained. It was a shame as the service honestly was very good from those who met us and dealt with us as guests

The room and the toilet ware not clean. It smelled of cigarettes. The Room condition was bad (walls, furniture, curtains and windows, thay ware hard to close). It was not a hotel but more a habitable house with second floor with rooms for guests. There was a dog on the first floor barking in the evening. You didn't receive a key for the front door, so in the morning wen I went early for a coffee I needed to stay 10 mins in front of the house before someone half naked opened the door.

Very loud until late at night with big groups of people outside and inside, two windows in the room didn't work although heater provided did keep the room fairly warm to be fair. Shared Bathroom wasn't great, curtains didn't cover the whole window, wouldn't stay again, however it wasn't as bad as first immpresions
