the parking was promised to us but we didnt get it every day! we were there for a wedding and were assured we have allocated parking but when we came home late on the night our spaces were taken! we had 3 children and 9 of us all together so u can imagine i was not happy! my brother had to park on yellow lines and wake up before 7:30am to move the car which he did! this was not appreciated as we already had such a late night due to traffic after the wedding. we also paid for breakfast included when we booked in december last year. when we got there we were told there were only grab bags available. the first morning we went to get them there was nothing in there the children would eat, bread but not toasted and a croissant which was brown. yogurt a piece of fruit and 2 cold boiled eggs! we did not enjoy it and ended up having to go out to get breakfast every day which cost alot more! things like milk and cereal for the kids and just bagels and things for us. if we didnt have the kids i wouldnt have minded but it was hard with them. the staff were amazing but overall not the experience we expected.

we wer upgraded to suites and moved to a hotel that had parking right in-front of the property! the staff wer amazing x

Located in Ilford in eastern greater London, it is very close to the Elizabeth Line Underground stop and it takes you to Liverpool street, where is is easy to connect. Shops and some restaurants are nearby. Breakfast was ok and the room was clean and functional. Good value given the price and provided you are willing to take public transport if your business/holiday/stay is not focused around Ilford.

Carpet in our room not vacuum every day. Toilet not clean every day. Breakfast is ok even it’s the same food every week.

- Pricy for the quality of the room - The neighbor didn’t seem friendly and safe when the night falls - A little far from the center - The bathroom was weird and it looked dirty even though it wasn’t - No air conditioning ! It was summertime and we were sophisticating in the room

Room furniture is very old. Room is crowded with furniture not suitable for this room. No AC. No insects mesh at windows. Toilet seat not fixed properly. Remote control for TV not working and staff did not fix it when was informed.

we took 3 rooms for 7 people . ie one was triple room . The check-in was smooth . The rooms are well maintained but small. the free continental breakfast provided is the same from monday to friday with some additions on saturday and sunday . The property is near to Ilford metro and bus station . There are lot of restaurants nearby for lunch and dinner . Overall nice 7 days at BW Greater London @ Ilford

Shower leaked onto bathroom floor but not a huge issue - had enough spare towels to dry up.

Location - quite close the O2, easy 20 min walk or 10 min bus journey. Made coming back after a gig so much easier. Check in instructions were as confirmed in what you would expect from reading previous reviews. Bed was comfy. Good value for what we paid we will be coming back 😊

Ilford isn't a great area, very few places to get a meal at the end of the day. Bed very uncomfortable, springs digging in and pillows flat. I asked for an extra pillow but was told no.

The information on booking.com that the hotel has a parking lot is incorrect. Parking is on a first come first served basis. There is no place to stop and unload your luggage in front of the hotel. It is stressful.

The hotel is clean and tidy, the staff is very helpful and friendly. The hotel is located near the metro station. Near the hotel there are many bars and restaurants serving tasty meals.

The room.was incridibly hot and the breakfast was a little odd. Never had deep fried veggie sausages before and the croissants were rock hard.

The staff were friendly and our room was clean. The check in was swift and easy.

Room was quite small and very hot. We asked for a fan but never got one. We opened windows but there was a lot of external noise from builders and loud music. Felt like a rough area, didn't feel very safe walking at night.

Very friendly staff and everything was clean. Nice to have a lift as we were on 2nd floor.

The hotel is very hard to find unless you knew that the front looked just like any other shop in the Cranbrook Road. This needs to be made clear when you book. If travelling by car, you need instructions before you go - about where to park the car to unload it. You cannot unload outside the hotel.

Staff were always very friendly and helpful. The room suited our needs. Having parking near by was wonderfully convenient.
