This property is situated riverside in the heart of Bewdley. The building itself is steeped in history. The decor and furnishings are fantastic. There is all modern appliances. e.g Coffee machines, Air fryer. The property is immaculately clean. I cannot recommend enough if you are looking for cottage rentals in Bewdley. This will not disappoint 10/10.

Beautiful cottage in the most fantastic location, near to the river and pubs and cafes. Lovely comfortable bed and excellent kitchen facilities even an air fryer. 👌

The only problem we had was that a van had parked in the two private parking spaces belonging to River Cottage which meant that we were unable to park there. The owners were really helpful and arrived at the property within minutes of being informed. they offered to pay any expenses we incurred and also let us extend our stay as they didn't have anyone staying the following night.

The cottage is beautiful, spotlessly clean and very well equipped. The owners have obviously gone to a lot of trouble to make the cottage feel welcoming by including very attractive soft furnishings and ornaments. They also provided a plentiful supply of tea and coffee as well as a bottle of milk which was very welcome. The cottage is in a great location, right on the river and in easy reach of the town centre. This is the second time we have stayed in River Cottage and both times the owners have been very responsive with regards communication.

There is nothing not to like.

The location of the property is amazing - right on the river and whilst it's an old cottage it's modern a cosy inside. And as a bonus, there is a pub almost next door! Bewdley is a really lovely place to visit.

The neighbours were so noisy, most of the night & early morning When I say the neighbours, I mean the geese (LOL) Honestly can’t think of anything bad to say about the cottage & our hosts!

Everything was perfect from the information pre visit, the kitchen contained everything one needs, the beds were comfortable, the shower quirky. The cottage was extremely clean & smelt delightful. Dog friendly too, what’s not to like! The area is just gorgeous, definitely a come again stay!!

The ONLY downside was the shower, it sooooo hard to ensure no water comes out and to maneuver is hard, if you have any physcial struggles it won't be suitable.

It was absolutely fantastic, love the cottage, smelt Wonderful, really clean, lots of appliances, couldn't ask for more.

Could not get normal TV channels to work - Used I player but it was not really an issue as out most of the time.

For an older member it could do with another hand rail as it stairs turns the corner and being dog friendly it needs not a shared garden and it being more secure.

It was very clean and a nice location and being dog friendly ,the drink and milk left was a lovely touch,the bath was lovely.

River Cottage is a fabulous property to stay in. The owner obviously takes great care of the cottage, which was very well maintained and spotlessly clean. The decor and soft furnishings are beautiful which made it a great place to relax and unwind. We had a slight problem accessing the property (my fault for not reading the instructions properly) but Anita was very quick to respond and gave helpful advice. The ability to park two cars off road was also very welcome. Sadly we only stayed overnight, so didn’t have the opportunity to make the most of the facilities, but we will definitely be returning!

The property was immaculately clean, and so homely. We know Bewdley very well and never knew you could rent a beautiful cottage on the river for the same price as a 5star hotel. We would definitely recommend this lovely little gem!
