It had everything we needed for our family break. The waterpark was a 10 min walk and the VIP entrance to pleasure beach was fantastic! We pre booked our tickets online and our tickets were printed and waiting for us the next morning. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They were so professional and welcoming. The tram service was fantastic, we saw the whole of blackpool!

I was a little bit disappointed with the fact that you are charged 18 pounds to park your car at it belongs to the hotel , when really residences should not have to pay. With most hotels in Blackpool that we have stayed previous this was complimentary. Given the hotel charge average rates which are quite a bit more expensive to some hotels it’s not very good.

It was very close to everything. It was clean and the staff where very accommodating and friendly. The breakfast was very nice and the girl that looked after us in the morning breakfast room was fantastic and a credit to the hotel.

The drinks was very expensive so couldn’t sit and have a couple of drinks At breakfast there was no mushrooms or grilled tomatoes which I like with a full English

Myself and my 9 yr old son had our 2nd stay here and it was first class all over! The lovely staff are so welcoming, friendly and chat away to my son. The hotel is beautiful, bright, 5 star comfort and the food is superb!!! Again, they gave us a fabulous park view for my son!!!

The hotel was lovely and clean and the staff were very helpful. The beds were super comfy and the shower was amazing. The VIP entrance into the park was a lovely bonus so no long entrance queues and arrived at the top end of the park for all the rollercoaster rides, a big plus point for queuing went down well with the kids.

The bedroom was very warm 27degrees and we could not control the temperature, we did ask at reception but the thermostat wasn’t altered.

Next door to the pleasure beach which was really handy also there was a handy entrance for Big Blue guests. The bedroom was very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent

The staff in the restaurant clearing the tables while we were still at the table. We have never seen this done at lower end hotels and found it a little rude.

The first impression walking into the hotel was lovely both staff and the surroundings were very inviting. We had requested a room with a view of Pleasure Beach which we certainly got ☺️. Both our kids loved our stay with you and so did we as parents X the room was very clean, big and staff went over and beyond to help. We ordered room service last night and a young man brought our food in a timely manner , although he had to go up and down to get 3 different card readers so we could pay for our food. I felt for him and if we can a big thank you to him. We wish we would have given him a tip for his worries. We are now home but we will definitely be booking your hotel and services again ☺️ best wishes room 419

The lack of entertainment for children and adults. No games room etc

Location was perfect for the Pleasure Beach and the staff were all very welcoming. The car park was an added bonus and even at £10 for 24 hours was great value. Breakfast choices were good and something for everyone,

Bunk beds too hard and small for my children. The PlayStation that was in room had no games to play on. It smelt of weed onto the hall coming from a room few doors down. For the money I didnt find any difference to a premier inn room.

My bed the main bed was very comfortable, the bunk beds the kids was too tall for so couldn't sleep and found them very hard too. I really enjoyed the breakfast and the location of hotel was excellent.
