Food, ribeyed steak was called 10oz which it probley was but 5oz was fat not good at all , couldn't have sirloin has they had none. Breakfast all quality products but only just warm and am afraid I can't eat just warm food .

Almost everything rooms great Bar and staff great , restaurant lovely THE vegetable soup was best i have ever had. Parking brilliant especially for blackpool. Everything in the room you might need, and very clean .

Staff were friendly and welcoming, room was clean and spacious, with comfortable beds. Lovely hot food at breakfast, plenty of choice for everyone, nothing was ever empty.

Only one lounge chair in a double room. Felt rushed during breakfast by staff hovering to clear up tables. Was told before our stay that we would get advance price for park tickets but had to pay full price.

Friendly and happy staff. Very welcoming environment. Comfortable and spacious room. Will definitely stay again.

It had everything we needed for our family break. The waterpark was a 10 min walk and the VIP entrance to pleasure beach was fantastic! We pre booked our tickets online and our tickets were printed and waiting for us the next morning. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They were so professional and welcoming. The tram service was fantastic, we saw the whole of blackpool!

I was a little bit disappointed with the fact that you are charged 18 pounds to park your car at it belongs to the hotel , when really residences should not have to pay. With most hotels in Blackpool that we have stayed previous this was complimentary. Given the hotel charge average rates which are quite a bit more expensive to some hotels it’s not very good.

It was very close to everything. It was clean and the staff where very accommodating and friendly. The breakfast was very nice and the girl that looked after us in the morning breakfast room was fantastic and a credit to the hotel.

Myself and my 9 yr old son had our 2nd stay here and it was first class all over! The lovely staff are so welcoming, friendly and chat away to my son. The hotel is beautiful, bright, 5 star comfort and the food is superb!!! Again, they gave us a fabulous park view for my son!!!

The hotel was lovely and clean and the staff were very helpful. The beds were super comfy and the shower was amazing. The VIP entrance into the park was a lovely bonus so no long entrance queues and arrived at the top end of the park for all the rollercoaster rides, a big plus point for queuing went down well with the kids.

The bedroom was very warm 27degrees and we could not control the temperature, we did ask at reception but the thermostat wasn’t altered.

Next door to the pleasure beach which was really handy also there was a handy entrance for Big Blue guests. The bedroom was very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent

The staff in the restaurant clearing the tables while we were still at the table. We have never seen this done at lower end hotels and found it a little rude.
