Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Wasnt that i didnt like it would have been nice have a fan in main bedroom as was very hot and black out curtains in that room as lights from cats driving past kept me awake

There was nothing, I was only upset that I only booked for one night I could of stayed there longer
The caravan was lovely cozy and homley , plenty of facilities, tea coffee biscuits , everything for our stay was well provided , bedding was clean and fresh , the site is really nice very pretty with lakes , and plenty to do if you have children , very pleased with our booking

Oven a bit slow cooking food.. I'd plan putting food on earlier next time
Host was helpful.. Caravan was clean equipped with more then we expected dishwasher plus tablets, fairy liquid.. Everything was clean and spacious Works recommend and go again 😀

It was well kitted out and very clean. Had central heating which meant we were super comfortable, WiFi access and the kids enjoyed the Netflix account too.

As mentioned it could be a little noisy however worth it for the location.
Very convenient location on the site, close to the main road and facilities (however this meant it could be a little noisy at times). Beds really comfortable. Very clean and well equipped. Toiletries were very thoughtful, thank you. Communication absolutely excellent and check in a breeze.

Finding out Static was a bit of a nightmare!! When walking back to it from Venue. Should have been advised quickest route, by asking, or a map. We wandered about the different Static areas for about an hour, then eventually found it was just across the grass from where the big blue bins are located. It was in the Birds Area. The only other thing was the changing area in the swimming required 50 pence coin in locker, which no one had mentioned before going in, luckily someone lent me a 50p coin, which then didn't allow the locker to work and lost the 50p, so had to take belongings, including handbag with bank cards, phone etc to poolside, trying to hide handbag under other bags, explained to attendant, who were not happy about bags coming into poolside, but most lockers not working and no more 50p coins
Breakfast was lovely and also reasonably priced thankfully

As environmentally aware people, we were surprised to find that Billing Aquadrome currently has no facilities for recycling glass, tins, etc.
We (2 grandparents, a 6 year-old and a 2 year-old) had an absolutely fabulous time. The accommodation was perfect - spacious, clean, cosy - with every facility we needed including a dishwasher! Our host was extremely helpful. She went out of her way to make our stay comfortable and memorable. And Billing Aquadrome has a fantastic range of things to do for all ages - highly recommended
