This is really petty, but my husband would have liked baked beans and hash browns with his breakfast. I don’t think there were any negatives.

A working farm that is accessible along a long track. Communication with the owner was exceptional. The room was clean, fresh and had everything we needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable and I’m fussy about beds! The farm dog was friendly and wanted lots of cuddles and the cows were happy to pose for a selfie!

Loved the breakfast although had to pay £7 extra. For me it's very reasonable to suppose when booking a bed and breakfast that breakfast would be included. This needs to made very clear in the spec.

Excellent, friendly host. Pleasant room. Location in beautiful landscape. Loved being close to cattle, horses, dogs etc :) Fantastic full English breakfast

Staff were excellent, breakfast was served upon request despite not originally being made part of the booking, and served fresh to order each morning. Situation of the B&B is also excellent, away from anything busy and would make fora wonderful base for a long weekend in the city of Manchester barely a quarter hour away.

Only minor reservation was a rather cramped en-suite.

Very tastefully decorated throughout, including a charming guest lounge. Very friendly, welcoming hostess. A real working farm yet close to Knutsford and Altrincham, very convenient for Tatton Park and Dunham Massey.

Having booked for a one night stay but leave my car at the farm for 2weeks I assumed this parking was included. I paid an extra £30 for two weeks parking. It would be appropriate to state that each nights parking goes with the same nights accommodation booked. Reasonable charge but conditions should be clear cut.

    All was functioning.

Small points. There was nowhere in the shower to put soap, shampoo etc - except the floor. Shower seemed quite old and very noisy - although it delivered hot water.

Convenient location. Comfortable room - smallish but with everything you need. Excellent breakfast. Plenty of room in the bathroom to store toiletries etc. Heated towel rail! Very friendly and helpful owners.

Lovely cosy room with good facilities and well appointed bathroom just next door. Sharon was very welcoming and friendly, and the guest lounge was relaxing to sit in - with magazines, a roaring fire and a dog for company! Breakfast was exceptional. Peaceful, quiet location on a working farm, couldn't have asked for more.
