We stopped on the top floor and the pressure of the shower could have been slightly better but other than that nothing

The little extra things fillter water, fresh milk, & all small things in the bathroom that you wouldn't think about, breakfast was amazing & nothing is to much trouble

The was nothing we didn't like, all good.

Lovely cozy and clean room. The bed was so comfortable. The room had lots of nice extra things like hair towel, make up remover, robes etc. Good breakfast and Julia and Iain were so welcoming, kind and friendly. Our stay was like home from home. The location was excellent as it was a short walk to the beach, town and lots of places to eat. It was also very quiet at night. We will certainly stay here again if we ever visit Paignton.

Absolutely nothing :-)

It was a perfect base for exploring South Devon. Julia & Iain are exceptional hosts. They gave me tips on photo locations, gave Bailey (my pooch) a warm welcome, & even helped with pumping up my car tyre in the rain! This was the first time I’d travelled with my dog & staying at Blue Waters Lodge made it so easy, they were so accommodating & welcoming of Bailey. I highly recommend Blue Waters Lodge!

Friendly hosts nothing was to much trouble. Comfortable clean rooms with fresh milk in the fridge! The breakfast was lovely and freshly cooked. I look forward to staying again.

Nothing really, no complaints, the rooms were spotless and you were given three different types of biscuit complimentary. That's a first to me.

The hosts, were very friendly and helpful. The location really good, just a couple of minutes walk from the beach, close to the pier.There was a very well cooked breakfast as well.

Friendly, cosy and comfortable guest house in an ideal location for exploring Paignton and surrounding area. Julia and Iain are the perfect hosts - warm and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble and breakfast was delicious!

Cant thing of anything.

So commendable to find Proprietors who actually care about the experience of their guests and pull out all the stops to do so. From the impeccable cleanliness of the premises right down to the attention to detail. The milk chiller, the make-up removal kit, the proper jar of coffee - no cheap sachets here! And the breakfast - having stayed in many guest houses over the years this breakfast was truly memorable. A choice of just about everything anyone can have on a plate. And that location - three minutes to the pier. Can't really get much closer to the sea without getting your feet actually wet. And lastly, a special; thanks to the Proprietor who did everything and more to ensure we had a parking space - they can be hard to find in Paighton at the best of times!

Parking can be a problem, it's on road parking. Some of which is metered. Space is limited.

Lovely hotel, clean and comfortable. Real milk and filtered water in the rooms, kept in little fridge. Beautiful rooms with everything you need. The sea is just around the corner and the town a few minutes walk away.
