The shower was a straight up shower, no hand shower Rose, There was no shower cap so we couldn’t use it. it’s comfortable to use only if you want a hair wash.

The bath in the bathroom was very nice, clean and comfortable.

Area a tad run down like most towns at the moment. Difficult to locate anywhere due to total lack of street signs! No information in the room to advise on food availability, opening times, telephone in room but no contact numbers- poor communication which might enable additional sales for their on site restaurant/bar.

Superb big room almost a suite. Impressive bathroom with large illuminated around bath + separate shower. Ultra clean. Right in centre of Pontypridd. milk, coffee biscuits tea cup/saucer AND teapot! Hairdryer with area seating with mirror and light, really helpful. Iron and pull up ironing board. Large sofa and super comfy king bed . Smart TV. Which confused this technophobe dinosaur but thanks to a very kind and helpful member of staff named Sophie who came to my rescue I was able to navigate my way through! Superb indoor Market within a few metres. Several areas designated to different types of sales. Fresh food market, DIY, sports, jewellery, baby clothing, bakeries, and the biggest section of books I've seen outside of an actual library!!! Plenty of eateries with various styles ie vegetarian, Thai, coffee shops but would highly recommend Soshias' - small but friendly and wonderful service plus beautifully cooked food very reasonably priced.

The beds were one of the most comfortable. I’ve slept in, pillows, lovely and soft lovely ,bath was absolutely beautiful. Was nice to come in from the night out and have a nightcap sitting in the bar area. Staff, very friendly

Room 1 is a problem. The squeaky lift hasn't been fixed (and you hear it all night in Room 1), and one of the blinds needs to be fitted properly. The property needs some investment.

A good central location with a convenient restaurant and bar. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Because you are in the town centre you do get s bit of noise from the street. The binmen at 5.00 am were dutiful but irritating!

Unfortunately we couldn’t get the TV to work and the window rattled all night but it was very windy.

A curious squeeking noise from somewhere outside the room persisted all night - which was the only shame.

On a school night, The Blueberry was full. There was a warm atmosphere, and the staff (although short-handed) were friendly and attentive. I had a bite to eat (good cod and chips) and then went up to my room (the single). The bed was comfortable, and the shower was hot.
