The kettle had to have a good scrub as there was a lot of limescale in it. Not a negative but I think it would be a good idea if you could get a choice of one or two sets of keys , as my 80 year old parents couldn’t do the key lock so it meant that we were hanging around to get back in when we went out our separate ways

The property was lovely and comfortable with enough room for us 4 adults, it was clean, tidy and modern. We didn’t cook a meal there but it looked like there was everything in the kitchen that was needed to. The property was also well located with a very handy parking space included.

Entrance was tired and in need of decorating along with stains on the carpet. The stains continued to be present once inside the apartment on the main landing in between the kitchen and lounge. Apartment entrance door was very noisy and in need of attention, especially with both entrance doors being so close to each other, people staying in the next apartment might consider it a nuisance. Could hear pigeons nesting in the roof whilst in the lower bedroom.

The apartment had a modern decor with a relaxing home from home feel and contained everything you needed from comfy seating, dining table, stylish and comfy bedrooms. Modern kitchen including washing machine. Modern bathroom with over the bath shower, towels supplied. The apartment was in need of decorating in places. Quite a few stairs, but personally didn’t find it a problem. Overall really pleased and would definitely book and stay again. Would recommend to others. The location was perfect and within walking distance of the town centre, as well as longer walks with the dogs. Added bonus of a little park close by for early morning and nightly walks with the dogs.

The entrance and stairway gives very bad first impression on entering the building it’s tatty and dirty and seeing Full and smelly vacuum as soon as you come in does not stand good the cream carpets in the actual department were very badly stained. The kitchen although lovely and very well laid out with all utensils - I had to put bleach everywhere to counteract the smell of the bin which I ended up having to clean as well . All the above being said we had a wonderful stay and the apartment is beautiful

Lots of stairs, on loads of levels. To be expected in an apartment, but there are really lots of them - not easy carrying luggage. The parking space is great to have, but round a very small tight back road - and no instructions were given as to how to find it. Outside space was a bit grotty, bins overflowing with rubbish, lots of flies, cigarette ends outside the shared outside door - we do not smoke and would rather not see this. The stair way was a bit grotty too - but once inside the apartment we found that to be nicely decorated. There is no fire escape though, which is a bit worrying for apartments, plus some of the windows don't actually open so this might be a bit of a fire hazard.

The property was in a great location, and really handy to get to everything in Bridlington. Close to the sea, lovely sea view, nice short walk to the harbour, and all of the shops and amenities Loads of great places to eat. Nicely presented, and clean inside, and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed staying here very much.

I would probably switch the sofa and TV so you could sit on the sofa and have the sea view, but apart from that, nothing! We loved it.

The apartment was spotless, modern, well maintained and there were some lovely examples of attention to detail such as quality tea (Yorkshire tea!) and coffee (pods) provided which made arrival very relaxing and easy!

The road at the back of the property where you accessed the apartment was rather dark on an evening.

Lot of steep stairs to get into the property but that is a given, so the property is not suitable for people who would have difficulty with the stairs. Location is great for the North Beach and across the road from the Leisure Centre. 5 Minutes walk to centre of town. Two large bedrooms with two large comfortable beds. Tastefully decorated and furnished. Excellent Kitchen with all you need in working appliances. Communication with host excellent. Would book again. WiFi a bit sensitive.

This flat is not suitable for the elderly, far too many steps to get to the door, and once you have navigated the first sets, there are even more stairs to reach the first floor of the flat. It was the only downside to what is a lovely flat, going in and out just about used all the energy we had. Brilliant for younger people with loads of energy.
