It's always cold in the bar area,

Instead of a set meal, why don't you do bar snacks or sandwiches at night, especially for people who are only staying a night to go to the airport

Beds not the most comfortable and bathroom very dated but functional

Excellent location and very functional as a pre flight overnight stay. Bed a little hard. Staff very helpful and friendly Bus into Leeds stops every half hour outside hotel entrance so we spent afternoon and evening in city centre. Will definitely use again

The bed was very hard and horrendous being a bigger chap I felt I was going to fall out it felt sloped and didn't sleep very well the space between the toilet and bath and sink wasn't very good again being a bigger gent not very comfortable the ac was terrible not being able to use the higher fan setting made it hard to sleep and finally the postcode is terrible it tryed to take us in to a very high sided cul-de-sac it.was by chance we drove further up and fell across the entrance

The food for breakfast was great The prices were fair on the bar And the location for what we need was fastastic

Very small and dated bathroom. Room was very hot, pillows too soft, didnt have a good night sleep. We were told that It will be no problem to book a taxi for a morning, turned out that all was fully booked, put us under pressure to find something last minute.

Paying for parking - Its an outside parking area with plenty of pot holes. Parking at this hotel appears just to be a money grab - there is nothing at all special about the parking.

The first night couldn’t sleep as there was a wedding that was loud, second night fire alarm goes off at 3:10am no staff, stood outside for someone to finally come and say oh it’s a false alarm, it was a kettle. From our perspective, it seemed there were no safety checks. Also, difficult to get a taxi on the Sunday evening so missed an important event. A taxi eventually came but the person on the desk didn’t ring the room but let the taxi go. The spa has hazardous floors. Very slippy.

Radiator had been left full on, so the room was sweltering (and the patio doors couldn't be opened to help cool it down). Was mildly surprised to discover that the £5 parking charge hadn't been mentioned up-front.

Friendly check-in. Very convenient for the airport. No fuss check-out in the morning. Gym/pool etc. looked good, although didn't have time to try them out.

The mattress on the bed was heavily stained with dried blood (cleaning of some of the stains looked to have been attempted and the mattress had a cover on top) and urine stained. Once I knew the mattress was this way I could not relax to sleep.

The leisure facilities were good and the staff were friendly.

My previous stay was in room 324 which I found to be a perfect room except that it was quite a trek to take the dog out, especially as I am disabled. When booking this last stay I explained my concerns about room 324 and was told that they had booked me into room 302 which is much closer to the reception and the front door. I was informed that the room was identical to 324 internally. When I checked in I was told that I had been moved to room 312 which is nearly as far away as room 324 was, and the furniture was not as suitable as 324 had a couch that the dog slept on whereas 312 only had a small chair. Also, the doors in the corridor that are closed in the evening were right outside the room door, and every time they were opened and closed they creaked when opening and banged when closing, causing my dog to bark every time. Although I have stayed at this hotel quite a few times and been quite happy with my stay, I will be looking at alternative hotels on my next visit to the family in Leeds.

When my dog started barking due to the dividing corridor doors (right outside our room) being opened and closed whilst I was out, the reception staff took her through to the reception area and kept her there until I returned, even taking her for a walk.
