The accommodation was was at the top of a very steep hill from the tourist area of Boscastle. However, it was a good exercise workout.

The accommodation both inside and in the garden was excellent. The breakfast was first class. The hosts were very welcoming and made us feel at home especially giving us a card and gift for our anniversary.

There isn't anything not to like. You need to be quite fit as it's a steep 15 min walk down to the village and back up again, but the coastal walk is lovely and highly recommended.

Fantastic accommodation and breakfasts, beautiful gardens. Dawn and Gavin were marvellous hosts. Boscastle is a fabulous place, amazing walks and a wonderful harbour area with some great places to eat (the Rocket Store is highly recommended).

The property was very clean, comfortable and has everything you need for a fabulous break in Boscastle. It is perfectly situated with only a short walk to the harbour, shops, pubs and restaurants. The hosts were very welcoming and attentive. The breakfast was cooked and presented very well with lots of choice to suit everyone’s taste.

Breakfast was exceptional with so many choices. I was recovering from a hospital visit and was genuinely tempted to try everything, home cooked and home made. Brilliant!

Breakfast was made to order, with quality ingredients, tasty and fresh. Boscastle house is a beautifully restored house, elegant and genteel, set amongst the wilderness of Boscastle and North Cornwall.

No complaints whatsoever

A beautifully decorated and very comfortable BnB. The room was bright, clean and spacious, and the amenities were perfect. Dawn was very welcoming and friendly and made the most delicious breakfasts. It was so lovely and quiet!! The property is in a great location too being a short walk to Boscastle Harbour or just 30 mins drive from Tintagel or Bude.

Really lovely B&B with very friendly and welcoming owners and beautiful views. The room was comfortable and spacious and the breakfast was very generous with a lot of choice. Would definitely stay again and recommend. One note for visitors who aren't driving, make sure to pre-book your taxis :)

There is nothing not to like.

We came back to this house and surroundings with the high expectations of the previous visit. They still succeed in reaching the highest level possible. Where 10’s are given to easily, they deserve my 12. We will return here for a third time.
