A wonderfully comfortable and homely stay with the unexpected pleasure of having a large lounge for our personal use as well as the bedroom, and separate bathroom. There are beautiful views from all angles and I particularly enjoyed watching the sheep peacefully grazing in the morning before going down for a freshly cooked breakfast. I would definitely recommend Bournestream and would love to stay again. It is an ideal base for exploring the area by car and it was so relaxing, especially when we came back after a day out to the offer of tea/coffee and a tasty sweet morsel in front of the lit log burner.

The room was an excellent size, it had a big double bed and a single bed and there was plenty of room. The views from the room windows overlooked rolling fields. The property was 5 miles from Minehead, 15 minutes drive. The breakfast was lovely and Sue the owner was really friendly and helpful, will definetly stay again.

Sue was an excellent host. Our room was spotless and very comfortable. The swimming pool was wonderful. This was only a one night stop on route to Devon, but we would certainly stay there again and use Bournestream as a base to explore the area.

The owners were friendly and welcoming! The room was spacious and beds were very comfortable! Attention to detail was impeccable! Breakfast options were plenty and made to feel very comfortable! The area the B&B was in was perfect, peaceful and very picturesque!

The sitting room had been flooded, due to a leaking cistern in the upstairs bathroom. Unfortunately, this meant we couldn’t use the sitting room but this was no fault of the owners and was just bad luck.

Sue was a lovely host and she and her husband were very welcoming. The B & B has a lot of character and is charming, set in beautiful countryside and with a beautiful garden plus an outdoor swimming pool. The breakfast was delicious, our room and facilities were very clean and comfortable.

We stayed at Bournestream B&B in the main house for one night. It is such a pretty place with a really lovely atmosphere. The hosts are very welcoming and nice. The breakfast is superb and is served with lovely home-made apple juice and freshly picked raspberries. We can highly recommend this place and hope to be back again for a longer stay.

It’s close to the main road, but don’t let it put you off. It wasn’t noisy.

The warmest welcome from Sue, on arrival. A lovely cup of tea with oat milk and vegan flapjack, catering perfectly to my preferences and a tea and brownie for my partner. This was much appreciated! We stayed on the upper floor, which consisted of one large double bedroom, a separate toilet and bathroom, with bath. I especially enjoyed my morning bath with views across the fields. There is a swimming pool on the property - which sadly we didn’t get to enjoy this time; but will definitely make use of another time. Wonderful breakfast - fresh, organic fruit and a nice traditional, cooked breakfast - again offering vegan substitutes - lovely! The sausages went down well! Perfectly cooked. Sue was a lovely host and we’d definitely recommend Bournstream for its’ charm and finer touches.

We were blown away at Bournstreams garden, which was so beautifully kept. Sue was a really lovely host and made us feel immediately at home. Breakfast was lovely. My daughter particularly enjoyed the homemade apple juice. The whole place was spotless, and the beds were comfortable. The pool was amazing, such a treat for the children.

It is like a farm stay, full of green and hugh farm land with cows. We were served home made apple juice, delicious. Sue welcome us with coffee and cake upon our arrival!

Absolutely everything - the host was friendly and welcoming . Bed was very comfortable , bed linen & towels smelt amazing ! Pool was an added bonus- a lovely swim in the sunshine . Beautiful gardens to admire. Breakfast was lovely - 10/10. We shall 100% return .

Lovely location, fantastic accommodation. Very friendly owner, couldn't do enough to make sure we were comfortable and had all we needed. Cannot recommend highly enough. Was on a long trip with a mate but would happily take my wife there!!

Everything was lovely including the host. So nice to have our own lounge and en suite bedroom. Full breakfast inc homemade apple juice. Lovely to be greeted with a pot of tea and homemade cake. Unfortunately didnt use the heated outdoor pool....rain stopped play
