Very cute and cosy - quirky but in a charming way. Mary was made to be a hostess - my friend and I managed by ourselves but she would have absolutely jumped to help us in any way necessary. Convenient bus into the centre of the city.

While a shared bathroom is not a major problem there was only one serving four rooms. There perhaps needs to be the addition of a seperate toilet and/or another bathroom/en-suite in one or two of the rooms.

Breakfast was Scones, Rolls and Tea / Coffee. This was well prepared and presented by our host. Breakfast was delivered to our room by our host, Mary at a time to suit.

I know Mary has dogs but there was a really distinctive smell of dogs when you enter the property and in the hallways, without being disrespectful it wasn’t the most pleasant smell.

There is only one shared bathroom, so sometimes we had to wait a while to use it.

The room was lovely! Everything was very clean and organised. The bed was very comfy, there was plenty of room to store our things as well. Mary was very welcoming and made us feel right at home, and she also gave us some great recommendations of places to visit before we left!

The room on booking.com says it has private bathroom, but it doesn’t. There’s only one bathroom for all rooms, and the shower doesn’t support the many people using it. I went to have a shower after 3 people and the shower was oscillating from burning hot to ice cold, so I needed to use the seconds between the changes, which made my shower 3 times longer.

The property is cute and easy to park. It’s a short drive to city center. The room was clean, the staff extremely friendly with great energy.

The description of the room should be improved: I've found it and booked it searching for a room with "Private bathroom" on Booking.com. But it turns out the bathroom was actually shared with all the other rooms. Granted, the room description actually specified both "Private bathroom" and "Shared toilet", so, my bad for not noticing earlier the "Shared toilet" part. Still, I'd suggest the owners to fix the description removing the "Private bathroom" part, which is not correct, to avoid any misunderstandings with future guests.

The host was very kind and attentive. She even offered to prepare us something to eat in the morning, although our rate did not have breakfast included. Thanks! :-D

The information regarding the room and they house was not right. The rooms offered doesn’t have private bathroom as it is stated. There is one bathroom to be shared by several rooms. Furthermore, the house doesn’t have parking facilities as announced in the description. I encourage the owner to publish the real services the house has.
