Location was good, easy to find. Although small room was comfortable and good to have fridge and microwave so we could cater for ourselves. Owners were good at communicating and sent us detailed directions and instructions of how to get into the room.

Mattress is adequate but a little deeper and softer for our preference would be the only thing I would change

Great location for visiting family shops etc Everything you need to have a comfortable stay loved the nice touches of hand soap shower toiletries towels tea coffee sugar and milk small fridge toaster and crockery and cutlery bath towels were in our room but we prefer our own when away

Bookings had stated wrong information about the rooms but this have now been fixed after the host and I contacted them.

Very cosy area, feels like you're in a english movie. Very friendly host who helped us with a mistake from Booking side, we really appreciated the willingness to meet our needs. The backyard/patio was lovely, view over the sheeps :)

Quite literally a port in a storm! After getting drenched and having a flood at home this is a little gem. Self contained apartment with an incredibly high standard of finish.

Everthing was wonderful , comfortable immaculately clean , Every little detail is covered for a night to a long stay ,beautiful scenic patio overlooking the sheep field ,Brilliant hosts great communication , Would highly recommend perfect escape.

The bed was very comfortable but slightly too small for us. Ventilation in the ensuite shower room was poor so it was constantly wet in there, even if you left the fan on / window open for the day. This also invited unwanted pill bugs in, though we managed.

Very clean and comfortable room, perfect for what we needed. Hope, the owner, was Excellent and looked after us very well. Was also considerate enough she gave us a voucher for tickets for Alton Towers! Location was peaceful and quiet, and I adored that there was a sheep field right by the shared garden area. Very picturesque farm!

Can’t say we had any complaints at all to be honest.

Perfect little guest house, superbly presented and kept. Not huge rooms but pretty well proportioned and very well equipped for a stay. Bed was comfortable, bathroom/shower was excellent and it pretty much provides everything you need from a room. We also think it’s competitively priced as well providing good value for money. We’d definitely stay here again!

Everything was fine. I have no complaints.

I liked the privacy of the patio, the comfort of the room. The furnishings and decor were very homey. The property was very clean. The host and hostess were very kind and helpful. The countryside was pleasant and Risley is not far from the M1. I will recommend this AirB&B. If I return to the area, I would be very happy to stay here again. Sue Drott
