The room was very cold and we were not able to get the heating to work. The shower did not drain very well so you had to be careful when stepping out that you did not flood the bathroom

The lady on reception when we arrived was really friendly and gave us all the information that we needed. The room was quite large and was on the ground floor (which we requested).

On a busy main road, though my room was set back, so not too noisy. Otherwise no complaints.

Clean and comfortable room in annexe down the road from the hotel, just a short walk from the town centre. Good wifi.

Beautiful setting, comfortable bed, great breakfast. Dog friendly, who loved all the nearby walks and a great pub for food right next door, what more could you ask for

Very helpful and pleasant staff. Breakfast was lovely with any combination of a full English, down to a sausage sandwich, all good. Room was a nice size, comfortable and clean. A nice stay for three nights.

There is some noise from the road at times but not too intrusive.

Lovely rooms - exceptional bathroom which was very large and looked new, very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast very good. Pretty location next to river.

Had to search for staff to check in. Pathway to room was not suitable for pulling suitcases. window into bath room was see through. No lift to upper floors ( we were 3 seniors). Full service pub did not have good food no selection.

The view from our room was a car garage but we really can’t complain. I would just suggest you request a view if that matters to you. It wasn’t a requirement of ours, so not an issue.

Absolutely lovely experience staying here for the night. The kids stayed at Centerparcs with friends and this was a perfect location to meet them the next day. Breakfast was fab, staff were so lovely. We will definitely go back, great value for money

There was no handrail in the bathroom of the accessible room.

Lovely location and comfy beds. Pillows were really comfy too. Breakfast was excellent and they did well to get our orders right as there 8 of us all having something different! There were fans in all the rooms which was really appreciated as the weather was so hot.
