Great location, friendly, helpful staff, homey and immaculate facilities, good bed, great breakfast. Tina, the host was incredibly kind, funny and tolerant of my booboos. I caused a cafetière to explode, tried to flood the bathroom, and broke a glass. Always “no problem, I’ll take care of it.” And she did.

We only got to stay for a quick overnight visit to Brindleys, but enjoyed the quiet location away from the busy streets, the welcome we received from David, and the comfortable and cozy room. We also appreciated having a light breakfast we could grab ourselves, since we left before breakfast was served at 8:30.

Did heari in room 1 the boiler firing up through the night if your a light sleeper may hinder your sleep so take ear plugs but other than that excellent.

The relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Staff extremely helpful. Told us there was luggage storage in town eventhough we could still keep our luggage there but saved us walking back in the rain .Breakfast was hot,tasty and excellent quality. EXTRA touches were nice ,lavender on pillows ,his and her bath robes .Tea making facilities with added kit kat .You could have fresh milk from the fridge Downstairs and water if needed . Loved the Roman baths !

Exceptional stay! Our host was welcoming and provided wonderful information about what to see in Bath. Breakfast was great, room was comfortable, location is perfect for exploring Bath on foot.

The staff at Brindleys were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and the location was great - close enough to the city to be convenient but far away enough to be quiet. The room was really nice and clean and the beds were comfortable. I'd definitely stay here again.

Lovely place to stay with a beautiful breakfast. We appreciated the breakfast to go the day we had to leave early. Thanks for your wonderful hospitality Simon and Adrian! Just a tip - Don’t let google maps take you along the canal from the train station. There’s a much easier way over the Pulteney bridge .

A very warm welcome from the staff, they were more than happy to store my suitcase before check in. A characterful beautiful property a short walk from Bath city centre. My friend and I had a twin room on the top floor which was decorated with style! Comfy beds, lovely and clean. Tea and coffee in the room was much appreciated. Breakfast - well! Food cooked to order, fresh fruit, just lovely. We hope to go back next year.

The property was in an ideal location for exploring Bath. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was delicious and well presented. We were really impressed by the attention to small details which made the stay more comfortable and the attitude of the hosts.

Our bedroom was small but very comfortable with a lovely ensuite bathroom. We really appreciated the small touches like lavender bags on the pillows, and KitKats with the tea and coffee. We were given a warm welcome; shown where we could get cold bottles of water or fruit to snack on; given a pocket map of Bath; and given advice on what to see and good walks to take. We wished we were staying longer!

Breakfast was incredible, the room was very sweet and tidy. Would definitely go back and would recommend it. The staff was very accommodating by letting us drop our bags off ahead of check in. They were very knowledgeable on what to do on the area as well.

From arrival to departure we were wowed by the warm and welcoming staff. The city was a simple 5 minute walk to reach and the location of the bed and breakfast was great. Other than the hosts the other standout feature was the breakfast. Great produce cooked exceptionally well.

Traveled w/ daughter to celebrate her graduation. Hoped for a quaint boutique hotel and it really was as good as the presentation online (which is not a given). Small, intimate, beautiful and cozy and very friendly and accommodating staff. The room was absolutely lovely. I think the breakfast is excellent, I’m just not a big breakfast person, but the selection is good and the room is lovely. Could have wished for a bench/ chair in the beautiful garden.

Location is spot on, not too far from the shops, restaurants. So peaceful. Our room was located on the front of the house. The room itself was very nice, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, biscuits 😋 and water. Tina and David are very friendly, On arrival David explained the best places to go, which was very helpful. We would recommend 👌.
