The room was quite small for two people and the bathroom was tiny (but functional.) There were small things that let down the luxury of the room/building (eg: paint on curtains, lose curtain ties that have marked the walls etc.)

We stayed at Bromley Court Hotel to attend a wedding. The staff were so friendly and helpful (especially Mariem at the lounge bar.) We had a fan brought to our room because it was a warm weekend and lots of thought has gone into making your stay as comfortable as possible (different pillows available.) Breakfast was fairly expensive if its not included (nearly £20 per person) but its soooo worth it! So much choice within the buffet as well as things you can order at your table (porridge, waffles, vegan or vegetarian hot breakfast) all included in the price! My husband is lactose intolerant so having the milk alternatives by the coffee machine was ideal as he feels awkward asking for milk he can have when staff are usually so busy rushing around. The building itself is beautiful and VERY big! We liked exploring.

Not this time but the previous time I could hear my neighbours tv until 3am, walls are thin and I finally had to call the front desk. Front desk managed to get a hold of the next room and requested them to turn the tv off or down.

Generally, everything is good and I usually manage to get the room I request as one of the regulars of the hotel.

We both had steak with pepper sauce and both agreed the sauce was too thin and not very peppery, especially as you pay extra for your sauce on top of already pricey steak!

Breakfast was chaotic. Long wait times, not enough food, coffee machines playing up etc. The staff are excellent and it is not their fault most people seemed to turn up at the same time but the buffet area needs to be larger and the variety of food is poor imho.

Room was decent. Facilities OK. The place could do with a bit of external decorating frankly as it is used for weddings etc.

One of the reasons I book this property was there was fitness but very dissapointing to see that steam room was out of use. The fitness space had 1 treadmil 2 bike 1 eliptical 1lat pulley and 1 leg extension machine, that was very dissapointing

Staff was very friendly, location was good, rooms were clean, it was a relaxed part in Bromley no traffic sounds or anything disturbing.

Windows that don't open more than couple of centimetres. Room too hot, turned radiator off. Noise from central boiler (?) which was constant. Offered a fan but declined for use in small room.( Promised a visit to investigate but it did not happen.)

The heating in my room didn’t work but I didn’t mind because it was warm enough for me.

Was really clean the bed was amazing very comfortable. The shower was lovely. Got a complimentary upgrade which was nice. And breakfast was very tasty

Very minor one!! Could have used a few more hangers!! or at least a hook for outdoor coats.

Some things in the room didn’t work, like an outlet, a light switch and the bathroom door didn’t close fully. Everything else was fine.

when we arrived the welcome was very warm. unfortunately all the pool/sauna and stream room were out if use all weekend. We asked for extra pillows Saturday morning but did not get them until late Sunday night . we also booked afternoon tea on Sunday at 3.45 but when we arrived at 3.15 . none of the staff knew nothing about it ? at 4.10 they advised us the table was ready . but we had decided to go else were ? how ever when we booked a table for dinner on Monday night the staff give us a 20 % Off voucher to make up for it . we also ordered Eggs benedict for breakfast 1 morning. waited 20 minutes. everyone else had finished eating when it arrived the muffin was not toasted and the eggs not cooked properly.

The trek to get to the room, it was far too long and the stairs and zig zag manoeuvres were some what confusing 🥴

The building is lovely but needs pairing outside. However, when you go inside it’s beautiful and so relaxing.
