    Nothing

Everything. Family run small hotel. The staff were amazing, and couldn't help you enough. Nothing was too much of a problem. Situated 5 mins walk from town centre. Excellent breakfast, more or less whatever you want, as long as you let them know the night before. I can't fault anything.

Owned by a lovely older lady who clearly takes great pride in who she can offer. She cooks the breakfast with love and care. She is assisted by another lovely lady. We were offered tea and biscuits on our arrival served in a period correct room. A nice touch.

Very nice and cosy hotel close to Great Orme. Room is comfortable and clean, and the location is also convenient for bus trip to neighbour towns, though you have to climb a bit to get the hotel. The best thing was their hospitality. I was firstly touched by warm welcome from Alison and Eileen. Then, I was touched again next morning, when Alison brought me a brochure of Conwy. She remembered that I had said I was going to visit Conwy the next day when I checked in! I was happy staying there.

It's really hard to fault, but if pressed I'd mention the poor reception of BBC TV channels - they dropped out at times. Overall a really nice little place though.

Eileen and Alison were friendly, the view from the room over Llandudno was terrific, parking was never a problem, the wifi was very good, and it's close to restaurants, pubs and shops in the town centre.

Stayed 3 nights with my teenage son. It was a good based to access the adventure parts of north Wales, e.g. Snowden, zip wires but also provided access in Llandudno to excellent restaurants and facilities. We enjoyed the stay very much. Access could be difficult for the infirm as there are steps and a quite a steep sloped path to the hotel and no lift within. There is no parking within the grounds but you can park on the road freely. The boiler is on at all times and throughout the night and the noise of this is not for those with sensitive ears.

It is a relatively small family run hotel in a very quiet area. The family are very welcoming with a nice pit of tea and biscuits. Extremely clean and well maintained with good home cooked breakfast, proper kettle and tea pot etc in rooms, good sized rooms and comfy beds. The front rooms have nice views over the garden and out to sea. The showers work well and are a good size. It is very warm in the hotel. The garden is lovely.

For me nothing however, being partway up the side of the Great Orme - a large limestone outcrop - you benefit from great views, the flip side there are a few steps and a slope to negotiate which may not suit some.

Really comfortable bed, great breakfast and attentive team - for a B&B it is among the best. The bed and shower accommodated my rather large frame (2m) no problem. I much prefer the friendliness, boutique nature and personal aspects of a B&B over a hotel chain which may have a swimming pool and gym but are big and impersonal. When compared to other B&Bs Bron Orme is superb. Try to get a room which overlooks the town and bay. You will be well cared for. Have stayed here 5 or 6 times now over several years and now do not look elsewhere when visiting north Wales.
