Location was inundated with distilleries and breweries so if staying for longer than a few days you would need to travel to visit other locations especially with a dog as many of the local attractions do not allow dogs.

Courtyard was great. Accommodation was spotless and our host couldn’t have been more helpful. We had everything we needed.

I didn’t like that my trip ended so soon, I wish I could stay longer!

Brylach Steading is an incredibly comfortable place to stay, with gorgeous grounds and views, and a location that makes it easy to travel to any of the main sights in Speyside. Sharon, the host, is so kind, and is helping send me an item that I forgot when I checked out. A+ hospitality and a delightful stay, I hope to return soon!

Very well equipped cozy accommodation, spotless and had everything we needed. Sharon the host was attentive and friendly. Helpful if we needed any advice about the area .

Clean, good water pressure, on-site washing machine, living/dining/washroom/kitchen on the same floor, historic property, secluded, quiet, spectacular surroundings, very personable owners.

All good! Pet friendly :-) Just be aware that the carpets are quite pale in colour if you are taking a dog (ours was made most welcome, with a thoughtful bag of treats left on arrival.)

Friendly and welcoming host, clean & comfortable apartment within converted stables with inner courtyard access. Quality fittings and furnishings. The quiet location and tasteful decor made for a relaxing stay.

Lovely apartment. Place was absolutely spotless. The attention to detail was outstanding- even had a box of emergency stuff in case you forgot toothpaste etc. Felt like a proper home from home.

It was a nice location. Very quiet. The host was very friendly and helpful. The weather was cool and rainy, and there was a fireplace that we were able to build a fire in. We had several lovely evenings by the fire. I would definitely stay here again if we come back to the area. We were very close to all the scotch distilleries as well.

Beautiful spot in a really unique setting. The hosts have done an incredible job. Sharon and Kevin were very friendly and the communication was excellent. The Bothy was cozy and immaculately clean. We loved getting to enjoy the wood burning stove. The kitchen is well equipped to enjoy your own meals and the bedroom is nice and big and very comfortable. Great location just a short drive from the Moray Coast and the many (many!) distilleries in the region.

The location cannot be easily found on GPS but the owner Sharon was very quick with her response to get us to the lodge.

It’s nestled in near the woods and it’s peaceful. The surrounding view is majestic especially with an exclusive castle nearby. The premise felt safe bec it has an open compound and my dog can roam freely inside the compound.

This was a self service lodging (self catering) located in the countryside with full apartment amenities. The view of the local manor home and the Glen outside our front window were unrivaled. This is very convenient for those looking to travel the whisky trail, or as a central base for visiting local historic castles and sites. Very quiet location!

Brylach Steading is a fairytale setting that allows you to settle into the ancient Scottish Energies within a delightfully comfortable modern apartment. Sharon and Kevin are lovely hosts full of kindness and helpful advice. The location is PERFECT for many adventures but also for snuggling in.
