Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The selection at breakfast was very limited, the addition of fruit would have been good and a choice of continental breakfast may be welcomed. Very disappointed with the very cold plates which were there for hot food to be placed on. We would also have preferred a teapot of tea served to the table as the flasks do not keep it warm enough.
Spa facilities were good although a spin dryer would be beneficial. Staff were friendly and the sitting areas were welcoming. The rooms and corridors appeared a little tired.

The bathrooms were a little grotty, and the shower finicky. We also had a couple of dead spiders around and a few midges in the room when we entered.
The staff at reception and at the restaurant were brilliant, great attitudes and customer service. It was quiet in our corner of the hotel, and they were able to put our rooms next to each other as we'd asked.

Breakfast : - The hot buffet was cold with the exception of the beans and we informed a member of staff but did nothing about it. Scrambled eggs were the only option and they were cold and rubbery . There were no yogurts or pastries. Breakfast started at 07:30 and we attended at 07:55 and did not expect the above by that time.

Bathroom crack in the sink, toilet seat moved about a little. Breakfast no fresh fruit, yoghurt on the table and cooked breakfast could be a bit warmer.
Room was spacious, bed comfortable, room all in was very clean. Bathroom, loved the lit up mirror Dinner was good, steak cooked to perfection, good helping Cooked breakfast was tasty and plenty. Gym, swimming pool , and the sauna was great. Staff was very helpful and pleasant

Really noisy at night people slamming doors not hotels fault but some people no consideration for other guests but that was all really .

We were given a room down lots of stairs at the very end of the property albeit the room inside was clean, unfortunately the corridor leading in to the room, there was an overpowering smell of dog, it was so bad, on entering or leaving the room we had to cover our nose and mouth so as not to breathe in the horrific smell. What annoyed me was that I paid full price for my Partner for his Birthday it wasn’t on a special discounted deal. Very disappointing. I did ask for another room but was told all rooms were full.
The Location of the property, the leisure facilities were really nice too. Some of the staff were very good.

Have stayed here before and the breakfast was great but this time it was all pre made for you and it was not great so they should go back to making it feesh or dont make as much ar one time and top it up when needed heard other guest say the same thing but it would not stop us from staying again as the leisure club is great

Unfortunately the food was not what we expected. I would definitely recommend the burger but was disappointed by the chips and the food did lack heat . This was a busy night for them and could be a one off
The staff had a private dining room prepared for my sons birthday. This gave us the room for my 1 year old granddaughter room to wander about without annoying any guest. Marco the manager, Niamh and the hotel staff from reception to Leisure Centre could do enough to make your stay worthwhile, The hotel is centrally located and has some great places to eat or drink near byh
