Steve and Julie are wonderful hosts, ready to help with any questions. The breakfasts were wonderful. The guest house is ideally located, a minute's walk to the sea, two minutes from the Great Orme Tramway, a couple of minutes from a wonderful walking route and there are many good restaurants around. We were very pleased with our short holiday and will recommend this guest house to our friends.

Steve and Julie couldn't do enough, for all their guests. Breakfast is excellent, location close to all amenities Llandudno has to offer. Would recommend Burleigh Guest House and will definitely be returning A lovely Easter weekend break.

Nothing, we as a couple enjoyed everything, compfy beds room spotless. Steve and jules are great hosts.

Breakfast outstanding, attention to detail brilliant. Steve and jules outstanding. Helped us with the parking on day one, also moved my car on the last day. We will be back in the near future. Five star guys.

Nothing to dislike. If pressed to say something the two chairs in our room were not the most comfortable but that would be nit picking! Everything else was brilliant.

Location was ideal for for visiting the Great Orme. Access to the beach, shopping and restaurants was very good, all a short walk away. The choices at breakfast were good and catered for all tastes. Steve’s cooked breakfast was delicious.

We liked everything. Maybe the stairs to the second floor were a bit if a struggle but worth it. The rooms were so comfortable.

We know parking is a llandudno problem but this did not detract from a very good 2 night stay .

The room was excellent clean and spacious with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast was excellent .The hosts Julie and Steve were very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely return.

There is absolutely nothing to dislike

The location is excellent and the breakfast was outstanding , freshly cooked and plenty of variety. The rooms are beautifully decorated and have everything you could need. We will certainly come back. This was a trip down memory lane for my brother and I as we lived in Burleigh House in the 60s when my parents ran the Guest House. Brought back so many memories. Julie & Steve are a wonderful couple and made our stay extra special.

Minor items but room 4 may have been a bit pokey for two people, however, price reflects that. Room 7 was a bit noisy from the street noise and birds, but nothing disruptive.

Julie and Steve genuinely wanted you to have a good time. Plenty of food recommendations and knowledge of area. Great breakfast with fruit, yogurt, cereal and hot food. Whole B&B was very well presented. Help with parking was also provided and very welcome.

Julie and Steve are amazingly welcoming and easy to chat to. Everything is spotless and the breakfast is excellent. Rooms are very tidy with everything you could need. If there is anything you need they go out of there way to help you. If your going to Llandudno stop here as the location is excellent and central to everything.
