The ridiculously low head height in the twin bathroom. The food (breakfast) although ample was pretty average.

The double room was very nice although the carpet was a bit grubby. The twin room was very nice but the bathroom was only suitable for very small people due to the raised floor

My room was very large, had all the comforts needed, but was warm in entering, after a while I was soo cold, I had to wear bathrobe in bed! The bathroom was absolutely freezing. NOT GOOD as I paid a lot of money for 1 night

Breakfast was a disaster. There was a young lady at the breakfast room bar no other staff. I order a full English without beans and a poached egg with coffee and juice. I went to help myself from the continental breakfast, there were no bowls for fruit or cereal, the chopped fruit bowl was empty. I asked for more bowls and they did get brought out. I thought coffee would arrive shortly, after 25 minutes I had to ask another staff member about my breakfast. I did get my coffee shortly afterwards but after waiting a total of 50 minutes and other guests getting their breakfast I had to ask again for my food. Another couple also had a long wait. I think it may have been the Manager she was very apologetic but it really spoilt the stay. The food was absolutely delicious when it arrived.

The room was lovely very clean comfortable bed had a really good nights sleep.

Our rooms bathroom was up a couple of steps and as a tall person it meant I was bumping my head lots and could not use the shower. There was no warning about the bathroom unfortunately.

The lobby and hotel itself was clean and modern. It was near the beach and close to town centre. The building has a lot of history which I liked.

Welcoming and friendly FOH staff and easy check-in. Impressive building in a good location. I stayed in a single room, which was well equipped and clean. Breakfast was great, high quality, and plenty of choice, hot and cold. I would definitely stay again if in the area.

The building is a bit tired and could do with a bit of TLC. We started during a St Patrick's party and it was a tad noisy when we went to bed.

Lovely staff, very friendly! I was able to check in a bit earlier which was great. We really enjoyed the breakfast. Fantastic view.

If I have to give my feedback on what I did not like. The scrambled eggs at breakfast. Rubbery and flavourless. The rest off the breakfast made up for it. Very good.

This hotel has a,good restaurant. Exceptional service and very good food. Bed very comfy and slept well. Quite hotel and location. Very clean. Reception staff on both days helpful and friendly.

My TV wasn't working. I asked for it to be looked at while I was out, and it was on when I came back, but only a few Freeview channels were available. Service at breakfast was very slow, but when I eventually got my coffee it was great.

It was a bit further from the town centre than I expected, a 15 minutes walk, and the room rates a bit higher than I would have wished.

The all inclusive breakfast was excellent, and it was very cool having actual metal keys, most places it's a plastic card. The bedroom and ensuite bathroom were very modern, especially compared to the outside.

The bathroom was compact, but had everything we needed to be fair. The room was sooooo hot when we got there, but soon fixed by turning the radiator off and opening the windows.

We had an executive double, the room was big, clean, the bed was super comfy.

Only needed a bed for the night so to walk into the single room I was pleasantly surprised at it's really decent size. Basic but had everything you'd need. And exceptionally clean. Great shower, and again, really clean. Breakfast was really good and the staff very attentive. Will definitely stay again

The outside of the hotel does not portray the quality of the inside of the hotel.

The view from our room was brilliant. The layout and size of the room was excellent. Also, the facilities and cleanliness within the room was to a high standard. Tea and coffee is provided. We stayed in the honeymoon suite and would definitely stay again.
