We were informed that certain facilities would be unavailable the day after therefore I wanted an early check in and later check out which I was told I was allowed therefore came early. I arrived had to wait for normal check in. My issue is I had paid lots of money and didn’t get a full 24hrs of the room. However the lady on reception gave us an hour later check out and was as helpful as she could be! Also pillows could have been better

The facilities were great and so much to do within just the hotel it’s self such as the restaurant the pub and the spa facilities. Our hot tub in the room was amazing and just made it so special

There wasn't anything to dislike really. The only thing that comes to mind was that the bacon at breakfast was a bit tough to eat.

All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very cosy and comfortable. The Mizumi restaurant was exceptional.

There was nothing to dislike about the hotel!

Our experience was truly amazing! I must say, the hotel exceeded all our expectations. The rooms were impeccably clean and the level of customer service was truly top-notch, deserving nothing less than a 5-star rating. We are eagerly looking forward to booking our next stay at this wonderful establishment. We were fortunate enough to experience dining at the exquisite Mizumi restaurant, where we were truly impressed by the impeccable quality of every dish we ordered and the extensive selection of alcoholic beverages. The spa provided an exceptional indulgence, enhanced by the convenience of having a bar on site. Breakfast was a delightful affair, offering a diverse range of continental and cooked options to cater to all guests' preferences.

We visited for a birthday trip. All the of the staff were brilliant snd they couldn’t do enough for us. Everything about the hotel was amazing and we can’t recommend staying here enough. The location was just a 39 second walk into Bowness so everything was on your doorstep. The staff even gave us recommendations of where to go. The property was super clean and really nicely decorated and the facilities were the best.

I don’t agree with having to pay £12 for parking each day when you have already paid to stay at the hotel.

The hotel was really nice and clean. The staff were lovely and very helpful with our queries. We really liked our room especially the hot tub and enormous tv. The spa facilities were also excellent. Location was great as it was close to the lake and food places. They had a lot of variety for breakfast and the food itself was lovely. Would highly recommend.

Loved our stay

Staff are extremely friendly and helpful and made you feel very welcome to the hotel. We had breakfast and supper at the hotel. Breakfast was good and the Japanese restaurant was really nice. Spa has a steam room and a sauna, we went when it was quite so was ideal to relax in. In the middle of Windermere so the location is perfect. Already have planned to come back soon.

Hotel is stunning, as was the hot tubs, all the staff was so friendly & instantly welcoming. Me & my wife came here as a little honeymoon break & they put rose petals on bed for us with a let's celebrate card. Rooms were very clean & spa was absolutely stunning. Would 100% go back again.
