Beautiful well equipped summer house on Isle of Skye located in the main city. There was plenty of space both in the kitchen and the large sitting room. Bedrooms were comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped for cooking.

The provided tablet kept erroring out when attempting to check-in so I missed out on the detailed info that was supposed to be shared. The host did respond quickly to my questions about heating and we were able to figure out appliance operation etc.

Easy to access and clear checkout instructions. The property is older but mostly updated. There are a few items like flooring that could use a refresh but it didn't detract from our stay. We had more than enough space and made good use of the washer/dryer as we were on a 2 week long trip. The location was very close to town and we were able to get some groceries and easily access restaurants.

Instructions to find the place weren't correct. It's noted that this is a common complaint and needs to be addressed. It was great to have a tablet with ideas and suggestions for activities and restaurants, however the information on using appliances was unhelpful as none of the appliances were as described in the instructions. Plus, the house needs maintenance. There's dips in the floor under the carpet and the cupboard door hinge was wonky in the kitchen, making it difficult to close. Then the panel under the cupboard fell off.

The location was great. Plenty of parking and easy walking distance to Portree, plus great views from the front of the house. Plenty of room to spread out, comfy beds and plenty of hot water.

One bedside light not working in room with ensuite. Three washing machines? Could one be changed to a tumble drier for very wet walking gear?

The wi-fi was pathetic. Our best measured download sped was just over 4 mps. That meant that we could not access any streaming services on the home wi-fi. Worryingly there was a part of the floor in one bedroom that felt that it was about to give way (accompanied by a smell of damp)

Slight issue with the drains and shower flooding. Online booking system offered some contact and requested feedback but didn‘t respond directly when I messaged about the drainage issue which was disappointing but didn‘t impact on our overall enjoyment of the holiday. Kitchen was well equipped but could do with some additional glasses and breakfast bowls.

Great house for larger group, good location on the edge of Portree as a base for visiting Skye. Excellent facilities, well equipped, clean, warm and comfortable. High quality bedding and towels etc, Two modern bathrooms (plus older ensuite) and kitchen. Easy check in with key box. Plenty of storage space.

Extremely luxurious and spacious, plenty of natural light, the living spaces were perfect for gatherings and to hang out. Bath tub was huge. Very responsive staff.

The stand up showers were not draining properly and rendered the master unuseable to shower. Other than that it was a great stay

The location on Google is wrong and took us a while to get to the place. Ben answered the call and immediately provided pinned location. So not a problem. Minor issues with shower water pressure in one of the showers and some creaky floor under carpet. But these are minor issues which are easily overlooked compared to the other amazing things

Code was provide to a key holder just outside the door. The house is nicely decorated and the kitchen is fully furnished with quality utensils. Clean linen and towels provided. Beds were neatly made up in all rooms. WiFi available. Huge and clean bathrooms. (as seen in photos) The house was nicely cleaned before our arrival. Had a question regarding the location and Ben immediately answered the phone and clarified. we got informative emails at every stage with useful info. Nice scenery looking from the house

Couldn't fault the house in any way!

Perfect location to base hiking adventures on Skye and see all the sights! Nice and warm house which is great after a cold day outdoors, beds are plenty comfortable and the kitchen is perfect for making up your own meals. The washing machine and tumble drier was great to make sure all our gear was fresh and dry for the next day.

The location of property excellent as it’s near by groceries and market. Portree is one of great location for Isle of Skye and this property in great location of Portree. Property has 4 bhk from which hall and kitchen is bigger in size as shown in picture. also great parking space.
