You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The food in the restaurant was exceptional, and excellent value for money. £23-50 for 3 courses, including my pint of lager, on the Monday to Thursday deal.

United KingdomIt's in need of a refresh paint job , wasn't a dislike just a comment The window in Room 17 needs sorting urgently , we had to use a towel to stop the draft.
Look it is a budget hotel , but lets be clear, yes its tired in places and could do with a touch of paint, but everything else was brill. The staff were exceptional very friendly & professional. The breakfast was up there with some 4 star places I have stayed. If we were to stay in Bradford again , we would stay there again , no question.

United KingdomRoom was very dated and decor mostly rather past it. Window didn't seal properly so was noise, despite asking for a quiet room. Room smelled of paint. Carpet stained extensively. Bar staff were rather terse and a pint of average lager set me back an eye-watering £5.60... Also not easy to get to if you don't drive.
Affordable. Check-in staff were friendly and helpful. Beds reasonably comfortable and clean. Shower worked fine with good pressure and temperature. Decently-sized, free car park (remember to register number plate at desk on way in).
