Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.

By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomProperty was fine however the showers were far too hot for children and the washing up station had no hot water or cover when it’s raining.
Very comfortable and cute little pod to stay in

United KingdomUnfortunately there was no WiFi access, and the signal at the camping pods was poor.
The camping pod was clean and warm. The holiday park is situation in quiet countryside. It is only a short drive to the nearest sea side town.

United KingdomThe toilets and showers in the camping pod area. Very rarely stocked with toilet paper soap or drying towels. Needed to be maintained a lot more often. The showers were always wet muddy floor. Not great for stepping out of the shower onto . Could possibly keep a mop or somthing in there for guests to use before / after using the shower.
The pod was brilliant. Would be even better if supplied with kettle tea coffee facility. Mini fridge would be good too. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Swimming pool very nice. Everything all very new.

PolandA very nice and friendly place, the camping pods are very cosy and comfortable, and the interior space is very well planned. The outside area was also very relaxing; everyone had chairs, which we used outside to drink coffee. The restaurant at the campsite was great, with very good food and large portions, delicious ice cream, and cheap prices. It's a great place to bathe your furry friend (no extra charge for the dog stay, great!) The restrooms were also fine, but the water was very hot. The greatest attraction for everyone was the free swimming pool, great. I highly recommend it; it was very pleasant and magical.

United KingdomWe stayed in a pod and the beds were extremely uncomfortable. However, bedding and linen is provided to make your own bed. We used the porta cabin toilets which, for a large holiday park resort chain, I feel is poor. In addition the toilets were filthy. I'm not sure if this is because we arrived on a bank holiday and they had no cleaners available (as they were cleaned the following day) but again, I feel cleanliness is a basic necessity that shouldn't be overlooked. The toilets were disgusting, the toilet roll ran empty, the waste bins were overflowing and the sinks and general area was filthy. I don't like complaining but I did, and I was told they were being cleaned that day. Also as we didn't want to do any cooking, we relied on the resort for meals however, not all options were available. From the options available, food was hit and miss, I'm a veggie and enjoyed my meals (however this was a very limited option), my husband wasn't impressed with his. All in all this is an experience that unfortunately we will not be repeating. There are too many fundamental issues regarding the upkeep of the resort. We have visited quite a few holiday parks this summer and unfortunately, this one comes in at below average.
The site is set in a picturesque setting. The surrounding area is also beautiful, we took a trip into Bude which isn't too far away and worth a visit. The dog exercise area is also a decent size and equipped with dog agility apparatus. The receptionist was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The hospitality staff we interacted with were also very friendly.

United KingdomThe properly was very basic, needed a good clean. It was walking distance to portable cleaning and toilet facilities which were dirty. The shower water was too hot for children to shower. The toilets were left dirty for days before a “quick” clean was done and toilet paper added.

FranceWe arrived a couple of hours early. The receptionist was rude. We got a staunch no. Portaloos and Porto showers small dingy and smelly. There was encrament on the wall leaving the toilets . We left early. No children’s play area, only bingo for entertainment every night and you have to book a slot to use the pool. The park was bland and boring. More interested in selling statics than catering for holidays. The pods new and squrky had a rather hard wooden upright set of tables and chairs not comfortable. The view was an unkempt field. The brook behind us was full of litter. Bude itself is 3/4 mules away. We left early for all the reasons above. It has a bar but did not use.
The Pods are cute.

United KingdomThe pods are very simple inside and clean. However the beds in the pod we stayed in were very uncomfortable, both the double bed and the bunks, unfortunately we didn’t get very much sleep, the pod itself seemed uneven and not level which did not help.
The pool on site was nice, staff welcoming on arrival and toilet block was clean.

United KingdomThe toilets and shower were disappointing. Lack of fresh hand soap and loo roll. Often dirty on the floor and in the toilet pans. The showers were mouldy and tiny cubicles and only 3 available for each sex. Most people showered at the pool. There was one sink for washing up and it wasn’t clean, water was like warm. We ended up boiling kettles and washing up outside the pods. The pod was very dusty and quite a distance from the toilets. No attempt made to make a walkway through to them. The shop wasn’t stocked well- we were unable to buy milk and had to travel 10 mins to the nearest shop with no apology or any sort of guarantee on next delivery. The restaurant was basic- only white bread for breakfast. Reception was always really busy and you had to pay for the shop items, pick up wristbands for the pool and ask questions all from one person so long waits. If staying on hookup section, it was like a small car park and next to the club house-no outlook and noisy in evenings.
The closeness of the indoor pool, clubhouse and shop were good. There was always room in the bar/restaurant and food came out quickly.

United KingdomThe jacuzzi wasn't working for our holiday except on the last morning when we were leaving. I know it sounds like a small thing, but we really look forward to this while away to get our day started. Facilities open at 9:00 which is really late for us. We like to get out and see the local area, so normally take our morning swim at 7-8 o'clock in the morning. Because you start so late, by the time.e we had swam, got changed and arrived at where we were going, half the day had gone.
Camping pod, was more spacious than we had expected. Beds were comfortable enough to sleep on, and the place felt very cosy and warm. Swimming pool and jacuzzi were exceptional. Only drawback was they didn't have separated male and female changing rooms as small cubicles are horrible to change in. We only used the bar once, as we were out and about for our stay, but the Dan behind the bar was really friendly. Toilets and showers were exceptionally clean bright and airy.

United KingdomWhen we arrived as a family of 4, the beds were not made (No linen on the beds). Dog bins were not emptied throughout our stay for 3 days. Pod was very dusty. Very basic, nothing so you need to take everything. No way to keep food cool in the pods. Toilets and shower block about a minute walk away, but not lighting to show the way so take an outdoor lamp. Shower block not well maintained, womens hair left in the shower cubicle walls and in the plug hole. Very small cubicle. Restaurant over priced and not good quality, recommend eating out. Towels not provided. Plastic on the mattress making the beds very uncomfortable.
The swimming pool was nicely heated, play park for the children was a nice addition. Close to Bude. Toilets were maintained well in comparison to the showers. Entertainment was ok, good activities for young children. Very peaceful and quite.
